Materials:
1. 200g cotton candy
2. 208 grams of dried mango
3. Milk powder 80g
4.50g butter (50g salted butter/50g plain butter+1 g sea salt)
5.3 grams of honey (or 6 grams of water chestnut)
Water chestnut, that is, corn syrup, can keep humidity and milk sticks will not harden. Malt syrup can be used instead, but there is no such thing. You can choose honey.
Exercise:
1. The salted butter is melted with low heat.
Add honey
3. Pour in cotton candy and stir until 2/3 melts.
4. Turn off the fire, pour in the milk powder and stir at the residual temperature until it is completely mixed.
5. Pour in the dried mango and stir well.
6. Spread oil paper on the chopping board, sprinkle with milk powder, and make milk bricks (thicker) with cotton candy.
7. Slice after cooling and sprinkle with milk powder to prevent sticking (if it is too thick, you can press it with a knife).
