First, shorten the distance of the feed pipe of the 3D printer.
If the feeder is at the edge of the equipment, please move it to the middle.
(1) Screw holes in metal or wooden cases with hand drills.
(2) Go to the market to buy plastic pipes with an inner diameter of 3.3MM, which are generally sold in hydraulic equipment. Then try to be brief.
The short purpose is to prevent the material from bending in the hose, so that the delay will be reduced and the material will be returned immediately.
(3) Replace the choke of plastic pipe with all steel to increase the fixed strength of plastic pipe, so that the plastic pipe will not move relative to the choke of this steel when it retreats in an instant, which will happen to some old-fashioned copper. Careful observation will show that there will be a delay when returning materials, and the delay will exceed 0.05 seconds. When the material is not fully retracted, the print head will start to move, so it will happen between objects.
Secondly, add a small copper piece to the nozzle of the 3D printer.
(1) Looking for copper in the market.
(2) cut into small pieces. The length of the middle part should be 1. 1 cm, and it should also be determined according to the length of the nozzle, so that the small piece can move up and down in the nozzle as much as possible. (Aurora 3d printers can do this. )
(3) Grind one end of this small piece into a flat head and the other end into an internal cone angle. Install the flat head inward and the inner taper angle outward.
(4) Put the processed copper into the nozzle to ensure that it can be moved and poured out flexibly.
(5) Just put the nozzle back at last, and the printing speed is 60.
The best setting distance is 6. When printing, even the object spacing of 1MM is almost invisible.
Principle: This small copper sheet can move up and down flexibly in the nozzle. When printing retreats, the retreating material will pull this piece up, so that the small copper sheet and the material at the nozzle outlet will also be pulled up together, so there will be no residual material flowing down at the nozzle outlet. Before adding copper parts, because the space in the nozzle is very large, only the material center retreats, while the surrounding materials continue to go down, so there is a rotation phenomenon.
