1. There is usually pain and swelling in the chest after operation, and the pain usually lasts for about 2-3 days, which can be controlled by taking medicine on time according to the doctor's advice. The swelling will subside within 1-2 weeks.
2. Daily activities can be resumed 2-3 days after operation. Avoid holding your arms high and carrying heavy objects in the first week after operation. Steam bath and swimming should be avoided for two weeks. However, strenuous exercise can only be carried out after 1-2 months.
3. In the first month after operation, according to the doctor's instructions, wear a fitted soft bra or positioning chest strap, or let the chest tissue form naturally without wearing a bra. The breast will feel swollen and soft at first, and the texture and shape of the breast will be more natural after one to two months.
If you are going to get pregnant, it is best to wait for the breast shape to stabilize after half a year of operation.
