Transformers produced by regular factories all have vacuum dipping process. The enameled wire you removed has insulating paint and insulating paper, and the silicon steel sheet is not smooth. Using this material to redo the transformer has poor performance, because the rewinding is not tight and the electromagnetic induction efficiency is poor, but there is no vacuum dipping paint on the miscellaneous brand, so it is easy to redo. You can't vacuum paint yourself, and each layer of insulating paper should be carefully padded.
