Researcher and doctoral supervisor of China Railway Southwest Research Institute Co., Ltd. (formerly Southwest Branch of Academy of Sciences of Ministry of Railways). He has served as an engineer, associate researcher, researcher, director and dean of China Railway Southwest Research Institute.
