Secondly, the nursing content is diversified.
In the past three months, nurses in our department have unified their thinking, improved their understanding and effectively improved the quality of nursing service through various studies and trainings. The responsible team leader regularly carries out intensive training on basic nursing, nursing routine, health education and other nursing knowledge and skills for junior nurses. The basic nursing work is obviously more in place, more detailed and more appropriate than before the activity. According to the quality standard of high-quality nursing service, the anorectal department has strengthened various basic nursing care, such as boiling water for all patients, assisting postoperative patients in drinking, eating, washing, going to the toilet, exercising and accompanying inspection. The communication with patients and their families has been strengthened, and health guidance has been given to patients at all stages and links from admission to discharge, including disease knowledge, simple treatment process, various examination purposes, various functional training and the significance of diet and activities. The connotation of basic nursing has been further improved. A comprehensive inspection of the ward was carried out to meet the needs of patients in time and solve various problems existing in patients; Strengthening nursing safety, marking, posting, oral publicity and explanation of potential safety hazards of surgical patients and wards, preventing nursing accidents and medical disputes, ensuring nursing safety and improving nursing quality.
Third, the nurse-patient relationship is harmonious.
In just three months, under the careful guidance of hospital departments and nursing departments, through the unremitting efforts of all nurses and the careful guidance of the director of nursing department, high-quality nursing service has achieved remarkable results. The service consciousness of nurses in our department has been obviously enhanced, and the quality of basic nursing has been continuously improved. Letters of commendation increased from 20 in the first half of the year to 80, and the satisfaction of patients admitted and discharged increased month by month.
