According to the Implementation Rules for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Qingdao (Provisional), the Planning and Construction Service Center affiliated to Qingdao Planning Bureau plans to openly recruit 1 staff. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the recruitment conditions

6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

Students, active servicemen, public officials who have been criminally punished and dismissed, and other persons who are not allowed to apply for the exam as stipulated by law, are not allowed to apply for the exam.

Second, registration and qualification examination

Candidates' qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Applicants should bring their ID card, cover letter, graduation certificate, degree certificate, performance certificate and other original and photocopy materials, as well as three recent 1 inch bareheaded color photos, and register at the Personnel Department of Qingdao Planning Bureau within the registration time, and fill in the Registration Form for Open Recruiting Personnel of Institutions Affiliated to Qingdao Planning Bureau and the Credit Certificate of Staff of Applied Institutions. The Municipal Planning Bureau organizes the personnel department to examine the qualifications of candidates in combination with the requirements of professional posts. After passing the preliminary examination, an examination notice will be issued to those who pass the examination. If you don't receive the notice, the application materials will not be returned. Third, the assessment content and methods

The assessment is mainly based on interview, which mainly tests the necessary knowledge, business ability and work skills, as well as language expression and adaptability.

Under the guidance and supervision of the departments in charge of public recruitment in municipal institutions, the Municipal Planning Bureau set up a recruitment working group composed of personnel departments, discipline inspection and supervision departments and relevant experts to be responsible for organizing and implementing the interview. The interview time and place will be announced separately.

The interview results are scored with a percentage system, calculated to two digits after the decimal point, and the mantissa is rounded off. The interview score of personnel entering the medical examination scope shall not be less than 60 points.

Fourth, physical examination and investigation

According to the interview results, from high score to low score, the number of recruits shall be no less than 1:2, and the candidates who enter the medical examination scope shall be determined and organized. Vacancies caused by unqualified personnel in physical examination and inspection can be filled in turn from other personnel who enter the scope of physical examination and inspection.

The physical examination and inspection work shall be carried out in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Open Recruitment of Staff in Qingdao Public Institutions.

Candidates who have passed the physical examination and inspection, if there is no objection after 7 days of publicity, will be offered employment opinions by the Municipal Planning Bureau and issued after approval by the Municipal Personnel Bureau. The two sides signed the employment contract according to the regulations, established personnel relations, and went through the formalities of increasing staff, salary and insurance. The employed personnel shall implement the probation system according to the regulations. The signing and performance of the employment contract between the recruiting unit and the recruiter shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Interim Measures for the Employment of Personnel in Public Institutions in Qingdao (No.1/KLOC-0 [2003] of the Ministry of Youth).
