LNK364PN is an off-line switching IC chip with low power consumption and high efficiency, including 700V power MOSFET, oscillator, simple on/off control, high voltage switching current source, frequency jitter, current limiting and thermal shutdown circuits, which will be detected every cycle. The power during starting and working comes directly from the drain pin, and there is no need to use bias windings and related circuits. LNK364PN combines high voltage power MOSFET switch and power controller. LNK364PN adopts SO-8 pin and DIP-8 pin packaging technology.

LNK364PN pin function

Drain (D) pin: the drain connection of the power MOSFET. Provide current for internal operation start-up and steady-state operation.

Bypass (BP) pin: the connection point of 0. 1 μF external bypass capacitor, which is used for internally generated 5.8 V power supply. If an external bias winding is used, the current flowing into the BP pin must not exceed 1 mA.

Feedback (FB) pin: During normal operation, the switch of power MOSFET is controlled by this pin. The MOSFET switch is disabled under the following conditions. A current greater than 49 μA is delivered to this pin.

Source pin: This pin is the source connection of the power MOSFET. This is also the ground reference for the bypass and feedback pins.
