(1) Make a mold first. No matter what specifications of pipes, the inclination of stair handrails is the same, and the length can be unlimited, mainly the angle.

Adjust the machine according to this angle and mark it to avoid displacement. The same staircase has the same slope, so it is ground the same. For the problem of butt joint between two ends, the standard is the weld in the pipe (steel pipes are all welded with steel plates), and it can also be polished by hand. It is best to use machines in large quantities.

(2) Add slices by hand grinding (angle grinder) to locate the opening size. First slowly grind an opening against the inclined plane of the interface and see how deep the inclined opening goes according to the plane.

(3) Install the slice with an angle grinder and cut along the weld in the steel pipe. If there are more, you will know an approximate distance.

(4) Cut the first rough milling gap with an angle grinder, and then finish machining. Try while grinding. If it's too much, don't try.

2. Tips:

The stainless steel pipe for stair handrails has a bright surface. When grinding the corner, the surface should be inked inward, so that the burr will turn inward and will not cause adverse effects on the pipe!
