Summary is a written material that analyzes and studies the relevant situation at a certain stage and makes instructive experience, methods and conclusions. It can help us straighten out the knowledge structure, highlight the key points and break through the difficulties. Come and write a summary. How to write a summary so as not to be stereotyped? The following is a summary of my internship in the spring factory for your reference only. Welcome to reading.
Thank you very much for arranging this internship before graduation, so that we can feel the experience of being a worker in the factory before graduation. Our internship location is Zhuji, Zhejiang, and the time is three months. It is a thousand miles away from our hometown. Although it's far away, the students are happy to go. Because most schools now focus on theory and practice little, and we are no exception. Everyone wants to go out and see the outside world, experience the formal factory management, learn what they can't learn at school, and make up for their own shortcomings.
In May, we took the train to Zhuji, Zhejiang with our dreams and started our first journey in life. The first time I took the train, I was inevitably very excited. I looked around on the train and looked at the beautiful scenery outside the window. But it also makes me feel how painful it is to take a long-distance train. After more than 30 hours of fighting, we arrived at the factory that we had imagined countless times-Zhejiang Yisiling Shuangdi Spring Factory.
The company leader has made all the arrangements and done all the chores, and then we went to the company meeting room. The leaders of the company introduced us to many spring factories, and let us know that Zhejiang Essling Shuangdi Spring Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Germany Essling Hausen Group and Zhejiang Shuangdi Spring Co., Ltd., and is a modern enterprise specializing in the production of automobile series springs and key parts. Then he showed us around the workshops. Finally, according to our own situation, we divided them into color workshops, winding workshops and grinding workshops. We started to work the next day.
When we first came here, we learned to adapt to the environment. The sky here is very blue, and it will light up at four o'clock every day. The sun is releasing its unique light, which makes people feel uncomfortable. Datang is the sock capital of China. Basically, every family has its own workshop, and there are several downstairs in our dormitory. The machine for knitting socks kept barking for 24 hours, which kept us awake at night. I used to use hot water, but I don't need it anymore when I get there. Shampooing and bathing are all cold water, even in rainy days. These are living environments that we never thought of, but we have gradually adapted to them.
At first, I was assigned to the spring mill workshop, and I didn't know what this workshop was for. Literally, it should be grinding springs! As soon as I entered the workshop, my heart was cold, the working environment was so bad, and the sound made by the machine was so harsh. After a while, the director took us to get headphones, masks, glasses and gloves, which can be said to be fully armed. I can't help it, because this workshop is dusty and noisy. Even if I wear a mask every day, my nostrils will be black when I come home from work, and my gloves will basically be worn out. The main job of this workshop is to smooth both ends of the spring, so that the polished spring can meet the requirements of length and number of turns. Generally, each spring needs to be polished 5-6 times, and the operator should design the polishing height every time and make records. The fifth or sixth grinding must meet the requirements of the drawings. In the morning, the director arranged for me to find a master and let him take me there. I think the master has been putting the spring on the rotating millstone, and the action is very skilled. After being polished by the grinding wheel, the spring can rotate inward and outward. From time to time, the master also takes a vernier caliper to measure the size to see if it meets the requirements. I followed the teacher's example and put the spring on the rotating millstone, and the morning passed like this. In the afternoon, the master asked me if I could use vernier calipers. I said yes, and then he asked me to test the spring. Because I learned vernier calipers at school, I feel comfortable measuring springs. My master is very kind to me. He told me a lot of principles and asked me to adjust the machine. Later, because the leader cared about our health and transferred us to another workshop, I left Moquan. Although it is only a few days, I have learned something, such as the skillful application of vernier caliper, the understanding of the performance of spring grinder and so on.
I was transferred to the pattern workshop. The working environment of the pattern workshop is much better than grinding springs. The workers are all sitting and working. The staff in the workshop is the largest in the whole factory, and the work content is numerous and miscellaneous. Basically, the work done every day is different. There are mainly spring repair, spring adjustment, spring bending, painting and so on, and many more. Repairing the spring is to repair those springs with little error, and adjusting the spring is to adjust its height and length to meet the requirements of the drawings. I also did a lot of work in the workshop. The first day, I bent the spring (cat ear spring) The director installed the mold, made several demonstrations and told me to bend it. Because it's relatively simple, I'll just have a look. After a while, the director brought the process cards of these springs and asked me to sign the column of bending 10 degrees, which made me understand that there are many processes to make a qualified spring, such as bending, tempering, deburring, repair and so on. I did the first procedure, because I was unfamiliar with it, and it was very slow to do it. The person who does the second process is a skilled worker in the workshop and always urges me to do it quickly. I worked faster and more skillfully under his urging, from 1500 on the first day to 3500 on the last day. The second task of the workshop is to repair the snake spring. The front and back sides of the spring should be flush, depending on whether its length meets the requirements. Sometimes there is a big error in the length of the spring. The long ones should be shortened and the short ones should be lengthened. It was really difficult to repair, but with the help of the masters, I learned it. Plastic pipes should be sleeved at both ends of the repaired spring and then sent to the tempering furnace. Because of the large number of these springs, it took several days to complete.
What impressed me the most was that 40,000 large card rings were soaked in nitric acid water. Because of the hot weather, the big snap rings are rusted, so it is necessary to remove rust with nitric acid water. This is a hard job. I didn't want to do it, but I did it anyway. Because I remembered what the factory director often said to our interns: "This is a factory, not a school. You can cheat at school, but you must obey in the factory. " We used hydraulic handlebars to pull out the concentrated nitric acid water, soaked the big clamp ring on the shelf in nitric acid water for a few seconds, and then took it out and put it on other empty shelves. Go back and forth like this, repeat it back and forth. We work in a big workshop outside. No fan, no air circulation. The work is wet from the beginning to the end, and the sweat keeps flowing downwards, which makes me feel sweaty, which is really unbearable. The director said to us, "This job is really tiring and hot. If it is winter, many people will rush to do it, but now no one wants to do it in summer, only you interns. " After listening to the director's words, my heart is very unbalanced, but when I think about it, I have only suffered for a few days, and I can't let the workers look down on our interns and say that we can't suffer. Be sure to persist! A few days later, we finished the task and were praised by the director. Then pick springs, spray paint and bend feet in the workshop. Time passed like this. The internship ended in a blink of an eye, and all the students drew a satisfactory end for this internship.
During the internship, I observed the factory rules and regulations and completed all the tasks assigned by the factory director on time, which was recognized by the factory director and leaders. At the same time, we are also very grateful to the leaders for their concern and care for our lives and work, which deeply moved us interns who are far away from our parents and schools. They not only taught us how to work, but also taught us how to be a man and how to communicate with others.
We benefited a lot from this internship. It not only brought us experience, but also cultivated our hard-working spirit and rigorous and serious style. Let us learn a lot of things that books can't. It makes us know how to observe life, dare to explore life, and also provides us with an opportunity to know and understand life in many ways. It is a driving force of life, which promotes the formation and coordinated development of our knowledge, feelings, intentions and actions and helps us to improve ourselves.
Any theory and knowledge can only play a role if it is combined with practice. Because we have great ideological plasticity, we cannot rely solely on books, but must also test, exercise and innovate in practice; Cultivate scientific spirit, good moral character, noble sentiment, civilized behavior, healthy psychology and problem-solving ability.
At this time, I am still recalling this unforgettable internship, which not only let us know all kinds of skills in actual production, but also let us understand a profound truth: what we get on paper is superficial after all, and we never know that we should respect it. Generally speaking, this internship is an interesting and important experience, which will definitely affect my future study. I don't think there will be such an opportunity again!
In just three months, we spent a whole day on internship. Although we haven't learned much knowledge, this time we realize that there are still many skills that we need to actually learn and master. If we don't take part in internships in this field often, I'm afraid our college students will only be "an armchair strategist" in Zhao Kuo. Society needs talents, but what society needs is capable talents. In the new century, only by participating more in practice can Chinese universities ensure their position in the future social competition.
I am really grateful to the school and the company for giving us this opportunity, which will be the most precious lesson in my life.
