The prosthesis will not be exposed after rhinoplasty.
Early rhinoplasty, because the prosthesis is implanted in the tip of the nose, it is inevitable that the prosthesis is exposed. But now, the tip of the nose has been corrected by autologous tissues such as cartilage. As long as the amplitude is reasonably controlled, the phenomenon of prosthesis exposure can be fundamentally eliminated. I can rest assured that this has not happened in thousands of cases of comprehensive nasal surgery.
