The hazards are as follows:
1. Natural skin is replaced, so that the surrounding skin tissues do not form fusion, and rejection will occur;
2. Facial paralysis-As we all know, the face has a dense and complex neurovascular network. If too many mandibular parts are removed by bone grinding surgery, the harm of bone grinding surgery is far away, and it is easy to hurt important tissues such as nerves and blood vessels. If the sensory nerve is injured, it will cause numbness. If the facial nerve is injured, it will lead to fiber damage of intervertebral disc, which may affect the normal motor function of facial muscles, thus leading to serious consequences such as eyebrow lifting disorder and facial muscle paralysis.
3. Depressed face-human facial bones are complex, and the excessive harm of mandibular angle grinding is interlocking, so once the bones in which part change strongly, other bones will automatically make corresponding adjustments. Excessive grinding of bilateral mandibles, especially cauda equina nerve injury, is likely to cause fracture and depression of cheekbones. If the healing is not good, the cheekbones will move up and down at the fracture when you open your mouth. After the swelling is healed, the urination and defecation of lumbar vertebrae are abnormal and inappropriate, and the fracture and dislocation of cheekbones will also form abnormal healing.
