Jingshan buckwheat rice is a specialty of Jingshan City and a symbolic product of chinese national geography. It is not only the first famous food brand in China, but also the first famous trademark in China. Named after sunqiao town, Jingshan City, it was named "Gong Mi" in Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty.
