The evaluation of Zhuhai Quality Engineering Award is divided into two stages: the comprehensive technical data review of the declared project and the quality inspection of the engineering entity. By the city construction industry association according to the engineering related professional organizations set up an expert group, the expert group to declare the city's outstanding projects for review.
According to the requirements of the application conditions, the Municipal Construction Industry Association organizes the preliminary examination of the application materials for the application project, and notifies the applicant of the unqualified projects in the preliminary examination and returns the relevant materials.
Only after the comprehensive technical data of the project has passed the examination can it enter the quality inspection procedure of the engineering entity.
Contents and requirements of appearance quality and function inspection of engineering entities:
(a) to listen to the contractor's report on project construction and quality; It is required to report in PPT or DV file;
(two) to listen to the evaluation, use and recommendation of the construction unit, the user unit, the supervision unit and the design unit on the project quality;
(three) to consult the relevant information of the project construction, including the statutory construction procedure documents, engineering technical data and construction management data that reflect the overall picture of the project;
(four) check the quality of engineering entities, residential projects should be a certain number of household checks.
According to the comprehensive technical data and the inspection of the visual quality and use function of the engineering entity, the expert group puts forward its evaluation opinions.
Zhuhai Quality Engineering Award Evaluation Committee conducts comprehensive evaluation according to the evaluation opinions of the expert group, determines the list of award-winning projects, and reports it to Zhuhai Housing and Urban-Rural Planning and Construction Bureau for the record. At the same time, it will be publicized in public media for 7 days. During the publicity period, if the evaluation conditions of the winning project are verified to be inconsistent, the winning qualification of the project will be cancelled.
