What should you pay attention to during areola bleaching surgery?

Do not get wet: Within 3-4 days after the operation, local swelling and purple-black areola are normal phenomena. The red areola wound will scab and fall off on its own. Before the wound heals, be careful not to get wet, pay attention to local hygiene and conditioning to avoid infection, and do not wear tight clothing.

Pay attention to local hygiene: Do not touch water during the repair period of the red areola area, and do not engage in activities such as fumigation, sauna, swimming and strenuous sports. Keep applying the repair agent to the wound surface with a cotton swab for more than 10 days, 4-5 times a day, so that the repair agent can be absorbed naturally to prevent discoloration.

Do not wear tight clothing: In addition, the scab will generally fall off within 3-5 days after surgery. Do not peel off the scabs by hand, otherwise it will damage the mucous membrane and cause scars after infection. In severe cases, scars may proliferate and affect the coloring effect. After the scab is removed, the local color will be temporarily pink, lighter or darker in color. The color will gradually return to natural after half a month, and the color will gradually become uniform in about 1-3 months. If local color unevenness occurs, the color can be rechecked at the hospital after 1.5-2 months.
