When will late-maturing cucumbers be planted in Daqing greenhouse?
Late cucumber (autumn cucumber) planted in Daqing greenhouse can be planted in July and August when it is listed on the National Day.

Training points:

According to the climatic characteristics of autumn cucumber during its growing period, varieties with heat resistance, waterlogging resistance, disease resistance, high yield and strong growth potential were selected.

The cultivation method can be direct seeding or seedling transplanting.

First, soaking seeds to accelerate germination, that is, soaking in warm water at about 55℃ for 10-20 minutes. This process requires intermittent stirring, then cooling to 28℃ ~ 30℃ for soaking for 5 ~ 6 hours, and accelerating germination at 28℃, generally 65,438+05 hours.

However, the live broadcast should adopt on-demand sowing. First, cover the film, then punch holes according to the plant spacing of about 50× 27 ~ 40 cm, sow 2 ~ 3 seeds in each hole, cover the soil with a thickness of 1 ~ 2 cm, and then pour enough water.

The sowing date of autumn cucumber is generally best in the middle and late July and August, so that the flowering and fruiting period is in the middle of August and after September, and the temperature difference between day and night gradually increases, which is beneficial to the growth and high yield of cucumber, and the planting method can be broadcast directly.

Greenhouse temperature management:

Sowing cucumber in time requires a certain temperature difference between day and night.

Generally, the temperature of 25℃ ~ 30℃ during the day and 13℃ ~ 18℃ at night are beneficial to inhibit the plant from growing in vain and prevent the flowers from falling and fruits from falling.

Colonial management:

Autumn cucumber should be planted on sandy loam with fertile soil, fertilizer and water conservation and convenient irrigation and drainage.

Because of its shallow root system, weak absorption capacity, fast yield and many fruits, sufficient base fertilizer should be applied in the field.

Generally, after the previous crop is harvested, the soil should be deeply cultivated in time, and the soil preparation should be used as the border, and the decomposed pigsty fertilizer should be used as the base fertilizer, and 2500 ~ 3000 kg per mu should be applied.

The cultivated border is made into a small and high border with good drainage, with a border length of 7 ~10m, a border distance of1.3 ~1.4m, a border bottom width of 70 ~ 75cm and a border height.

If plastic film can be covered on the border, the effect of disease prevention and waterlogging prevention will be better.

Fertilizer and water management and intertillage;

In the early stage of sowing and transplanting, attention should be paid to water management to ensure emergence or survival.

If direct seeding is used, the seedlings should be interplanted in time, and the seedlings should be fixed when there are 3 ~ 4 real leaves, and one seedling should be left in each nest.

If missing nests and broken wires are found, replanting should be done in time to ensure the whole seedling.

After the seedlings are fixed, topdressing nitrogen fertilizer15 ~ 20kg per mu; Apply 20 ~ 25 kilograms of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer per mu in the vine-pulling period and flowering and fruiting period, and apply it once after harvesting, and spray 0. 1 ~ 0.2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate or compound fertilizer solution.

In addition to fertilization, we should also pay attention to watering to promote growth.

Water should be controlled before and after harvesting, combined with weeding and shallow tillage to conserve moisture, and attention should be paid to drainage and waterlogging prevention.

When entering the full flowering period, generally water 1 time every 3 ~ 4 days; In the late stage of fruit-bearing, the number of watering times decreased accordingly.

Scaffolding, vine binding and pruning:

Scaffolding should be carried out after the vines start, with long bamboo poles or branches to build herringbone frames and tie the vines in time.

When pruning, keep the main vine, knot 1 ~ 2 melons on the side vines, pick the core, and pay attention to knocking out the old leaves and yellow leaves at the lower part.
