From the left side to the right side of the engine room, a pothole was found in the right fender reinforcement. At first glance, it is the trace of metal sheet knocking. Let's recall that when the left longitudinal beam was tested, the paint value was also normal, and the values of the left and right longitudinal beams were both 50. Did you simply replace the water tank frame because of a frontal collision? But this is basically impossible. At this time, steel-toed, I began to lose my temper! I must get to the bottom of it. When we removed the air filter shell and traced it back to the gearbox position along the head end of the left longitudinal beam, the solder joint here surprised the iron head. Looking up and down at the welding points, I found that the left front longitudinal beam was welded and replaced after cutting! No wonder it was normal to detect the face value of the paint before, because there was no sheet metal shaping in the frontal collision, and the new longitudinal beam head had no primer, so spraying a layer of paint coincided with the face value of the paint on the right side during maintenance. What is certain now is that the welding of the water tank rack is not simply due to the collision of the water tank rack, but the welding of the water tank rack caused by cutting and replacing the longitudinal beam, because the water tank rack is welded on the longitudinal beam, and the truth finally surfaced!
