What are the sequelae that myopia surgery now knows?
Myopia surgery usually refers to corneal refractive surgery, including excimer laser surgery and femtosecond surgery. At present, it has been widely used in clinic, and the curative effect is relatively positive, which can effectively improve corrected vision. However, due to the invasive nature of this operation, it will inevitably bring some common complications, such as postoperative overcorrection, undercorrection, refractive regression, dry eye, optical aberration related requirements, corneal interlaminar debris, corneal neurotrophic epithelial lesions, diffuse interlaminar keratitis, infectious keratitis, progressive corneal dilatation and so on. However, compared with the necessity of surgery, the probability of these complications is still relatively low.
