Precautions for painting
1, the viscosity of paint refers to its ability to block the flow, and improper viscosity will cause paint surface defects. When preparing the paint, according to the instructions on the paint can, dilute the paint to the appropriate viscosity with the appropriate thinner at the most appropriate maintenance temperature.
2. There are oil stains on the steering wheel, headlights, molding materials and rubber parts, which can only be cleaned with ordinary soapy water, but not with gasoline, detergent and thinner.
3. The correct spraying trajectory is perpendicular to the workpiece surface. When spraying, according to the angle of the coated surface, the distance between the spray gun and the sprayed surface is generally 15~30cm. In order to obtain a wetter, darker and thicker coating, the distance can be closer; In order to obtain a drier, lighter and thinner coating, the distance can be longer.
