Learn to vent reasonably.
Reasonable discharge and catharsis is another effective way to control and adjust bad emotions. Of course, we must pay attention to the way, occasion, timing and discretion of venting, and avoid venting at will regardless of the occasion, influence and consequences. Crying and tears are common ways for people to vent and relieve bad emotions.
However, many college students, especially boys, don't like crying and tears, but tend to suffer silently and try to be calm. Choosing the way of tears instead of bouncing is not conducive to their physical and mental health.
Learn to transfer in time
After you have bad emotions, you should shift your attention from the current negative stimulus situation as soon as possible to prevent the further spread and spread of bad emotions.
For example, take the initiative to participate in your favorite sports and literary activities, or chat with friends, fellow villagers, classmates and teachers, or go to the movies, listen to music, flip through books and periodicals and so on.
