Baili Rhododendron National Forest Park is located at the junction of Qianxi and Dafang counties in northwest Guizhou, with a total area of 180 square kilometers and an altitude of1000-3000m.

The yellow "Shili Rhododendron" scenic spot is located in Dipu scenic spot, which is the epitome, representative and essence of Shili Rhododendron. In this ten-mile range, azaleas are various, colorful and varied. Looking up, you can have a panoramic view of the flower area. The mountain is red and as bright as a cloud. What about that mountain? They are all white azaleas, such as snow, elegant, purple azaleas, golden azaleas and mixed-color azaleas, which compete with each other and make people see things in a blur. Dipu Township, where Ping Huang is located, is home to 60% ethnic minorities and has unique folk customs. In national festivals, azaleas are in full bloom, and Yi people's flower arranging festival, torch festival and other activities are colorful, and their national customs are unforgettable and memorable. Rhododendron grows in high altitude and low latitude areas, and the Baili Rhododendron forest belt is annularly distributed, stretching for more than 50 kilometers, with a width of 1-5 kilometers and a total area of 125.8 square kilometers. Late spring, March, is the time for a hundred flowers to blossom. It is preliminarily found that there are 4/kloc-0 species of Rhododendron Maying, Rhododendron Xing 'an, Rhododendron Chongshan and Rhododendron Dewdrop in Baili Rhododendron Scenic Area, accounting for all the five subgenus of Rhododendron in the world. The colors are diverse and bright. It is open from March to May every year, and Baili Huashan is colorful, like a vast brocade covered with ridges, with different shapes. Known as "the ribbon of the earth, the garden of the world".

The central flower area is about 1000 meters above sea level.
