According to the requirements of Shanghai Standardized Aquaculture Farm Construction Code, combined with the actual situation of Fengze Freshwater Fish Farm in Jinshan District, standardized transformation was carried out on the basis of the original layout of the fish farm, and the fry workshop of the fish farm was mainly built; Standardization transformation of water intake and drainage system; Standardized transformation of ponds; Standardization transformation of power facilities; And ecological treatment of aquaculture wastewater. At the same time, standardize and maintain the infrastructure such as roads and houses in the farm area, and rationally allocate some equipment and facilities that meet the needs of modern farms to improve the efficiency of seed production and breeding.

(II) Contents of project construction

1, main transformation contents

(1) Newly-built freshwater fish incubation workshop is 760m2, and Penaeus vannamei fry workshop is 800m2.

(2) Rebuilding and building the existing pond, building the slope protection at the entrance and exit of the pond, and rebuilding the original slope protection of the pond.

(3) Newly-built open-air water intake channels, open-air drainage channels and reconstructed and newly-built pond water intake and drainage facilities.

(four) planning and designing ecological wetland system, ecological treatment of aquaculture wastewater, so that it can meet the discharge standards or reuse.

(5) According to the requirements of Shanghai Standardized Aquaculture Farm, the gate and fence of the farm area should be reformed, and main and auxiliary roads should be built or rebuilt, and office buildings, warehouses, insulation workshops and duty rooms should be built or rebuilt.

(6) According to the requirements of standardized aquaculture farms in Shanghai, design and lay power supply and tap water pipelines to meet the needs of aquaculture farms.

(7) According to the needs of the farm, select supporting equipment and facilities such as pumping station, monitoring and oxygenation.

2. Water intake and drainage process of the farm

3, each part of the production system transformation plan

(1) Water source and pumping station

Aquaculture water comes from Sui-Tang River, with abundant water and good water quality, which fully meets the requirements of aquaculture. This plan does not consider the treatment of aquaculture source water, but the pumping stations need to be rebuilt (two) and built (three). The original water supply equipment can not meet the water supply requirements, and all of them need to be reinstalled to meet the water supply requirements.

(2) Water inlet system

In this scheme, a new water inlet channel is designed for the aquaculture pond, and the water is taken from four pumping stations on site. The water inlet channel is of groove structure and cast-in-place reinforced concrete, with an inner diameter of 80 cm wide and a depth of 80 cm and a total length of 900 meters. The water used in the seed incubation workshop is taken from the adjacent pond (as the water storage reservoir of the seed incubation workshop), lifted by a special water pump, and sent to the high water tower through the mechanical sand filter for water supply in all parts of the workshop.

(3) Renovation of aquaculture ponds

At present, the layout of aquaculture ponds in Fengze freshwater fish farm in Jinshan District is fairly regular. However, due to aquaculture siltation and shallow water depth, there are serious phenomena of pond bank collapse and erosion, and the original pond slope protection is seriously damaged. It is planned to carry out dredging, reshaping and local new slope protection for the inlet and outlet, and transform the original slope protection and inlet and outlet facilities. The width of the reconstructed pond bank is 3-5 meters, and the pond bank is seriously damaged.

(4) Seed production workshop

The original incubation workshop of Fengze Freshwater Fish Seed Farm in Jinshan District has outdated facilities and backward production technology, which can no longer meet the needs of modern freshwater fish seed production, so it was demolished and built in another site. The newly-built incubation workshop is 760m2, with a span of 16m, a length of 53m, and a height of 2.8-3.5m, and is a workshop with color steel plate structure. The workshop is divided into area A, area B and area C, and area B has a fish-loving pond, a spawning pond and a fertilized egg debonding pond. Plan and design according to process requirements, and provide corresponding operation rooms. In order to save water, the fish pond and the spawning pond are designed with separate circulating water loops, and mechanical filtration and jet aeration are also considered. Plan a 4m-wide operation site and build a special warehouse between A and B; A 4m-wide operation site and a special laboratory are planned in Area B and Area C, and ventilation, lighting and heat preservation should be considered in the freshwater fish incubation workshop. The newly-built Penaeus vannamei seedling workshop is 800m2, with a span of 16m, a length of 50m and a height of 2.8-3.5m. The workshop is designed to be 3 meters wide, 6 meters long, 1.2 meters ... semi-buried (the ground height is 0.8m), water enters from the north and south sides of the workshop, and there is a drainage ditch with a width of 0.8m and a depth of 0.6m in the middle, which is connected with the ecological drainage ditch from the west. At the same time, the workshop is designed with two high-level dark sedimentation tanks and two brine tanks, which are 3m wide, 6m long and 3m deep. Design a temperature-regulating water tank with a width of 3.5 meters, a length of 6 meters and a depth of 1.2 meters, and it is equipped with corresponding water supply and drainage pipes.

(5) Drainage system

Design and build a new drainage system for fish farms. The drainage system consists of open ditches, open channels, water conveyance culverts, river wetlands, aquaculture wetlands and paddy wetlands. The pond is drained upward. The width of the open drain is more than 8 meters, and the water flow speed is not less than 500 cubic meters per hour. The open drain is 980 meters long, 80 centimeters wide and 80 centimeters deep, cast-in-place reinforced concrete, and the water flow speed is not less than 300 cubic meters per hour.

(6) Ecological wetland system

Ecological wetland system includes drainage ditch ecological wetland, aquaculture wetland, river ecological wetland, paddy field ecological wetland and so on. The total area of the area is 24 mu, and there are more than 40 mu of paddy fields and river wetlands outside the area.

4, auxiliary production system local transformation plan

(1) gates and signs

According to the requirements of Shanghai standardized aquaculture farm, a distinctive gate was designed and built at the entrance of the demonstration area of fish farm, and a concierge was built, and a signboard of fish farm was set outside the gate.

(2) Main roads

The main road to be rebuilt in the fish farm area is white cement pavement, which is 580m long, 4m wide and 20cm thick. The main road to be built is white cement pavement with a length of 640m, a width of 3m and a thickness of 20cm. Green belts with a width of about 1m are planned on both sides of the main road, and street lamps are placed every 50m along one side.

The existing auxiliary road in the fishing ground is 450 meters long, 3 meters wide and 20 centimeters thick, which is a white cement road surface and needs to be rebuilt; The newly-built auxiliary road 1 130m, 3m wide and 20cm thick, is a gravel pavement. Street lamps should be set at a certain distance on one side of the road as required.

(3) Construction of office area and duty room, etc.

Rebuild 500 square meters of office space with brick-concrete structure on the second floor as special office space for seed workshop, and build 2020 square meters of comprehensive office space for seed field; Reconstruction 1 brick house with an area of 200 rooms; Rebuild 3 duty rooms of * * * 220m2; Two * * * 65m2 pump houses have been rebuilt and three new pump houses have been built, with a construction area of about 5-65438+ 100 m2/ house. The buildings in the fish culture area are unified with blue tiles and gray walls, and the total construction area does not exceed five thousandths of the occupied area.

It is required that the layout of all buildings is reasonable, the domestic sewage treatment facilities are complete, and the corresponding green space should be built in the fish farm, with an area of not less than 15 mu.

(4) Circuit

The fish farm is newly equipped with a special transformer, the power supply line in the fish farm area is laid underground, and the aquaculture production area is distributed on demand (as required by the standard GBJ54SDJ8), and each two ponds are equipped with a distribution box.

(5) Fence

According to the need, set up a plastic fence around the site to protect the production order of the fishery.

(3) Operation mechanism and organization and implementation

After the completion of the project, we will make full use of the facilities and conditions of the new project of Fengze Freshwater Fish Farm, combine our long-term resource advantages, straighten the position, find the right development direction, clarify the post responsibilities of the breeding base, establish a series of rules and regulations and assessment systems, and select a group of aquaculture personnel with certain farming experience, professional ethics and technical literacy, who can actually produce according to the requirements of standardized and safe aquaculture of aquatic products in Shanghai. Do a good job in the management of aquaculture production, parental seed conservation and fry production. Do a good job in demonstration and promotion of demonstration bases. It will become the window of aquaculture demonstration in Jinshan District, so as to give full play to the demonstration, driving and radiation role of this project in the development of aquaculture in the whole city and promote the healthy and sustainable development of aquaculture in the whole city.
