Oil pipe material of hydraulic press
There are four kinds of materials for tubing on oil press: rubber tubing, nylon tubing, plastic tubing and metal bellows. The hydraulic system of the hydraulic press connects the oil pipe with the parts through the pipe joint for conveying the working liquid. Oil pipes and pipe joints should have sufficient strength and good sealing performance, and the pressure loss should be small, which is convenient for disassembly. Rubber tube is used for flexible connection, which is divided into high pressure and low pressure. High-pressure hose is made of oil-resistant rubber with steel wire woven net, which is used for pressure pipeline. The more layers of steel wire mesh, the higher the compression resistance.

Analysis of tubing material of oil press

Plastic pipes have low oil resistance, easy assembly and easy aging after long-term use. They are only suitable for oil return pipes and oil discharge pipes with pressure lower than 0.5MPa. Nylon pipes are a new type of materials, which are milky and translucent, and can observe the flow of liquid, so they will be widely used in hydraulic industry. After heating and cooling, the flaring can be bent and formed at will, which is generally used in hydraulic systems with pressure bearing capacity of 2.5 ~ 8 MPa.

Metal corrugated hose Metal corrugated hose is made of ultra-thin stainless steel seamless pipe and mesh steel wire. The tube blank is an annular or spiral corrugated tube. Compared with oil-resistant rubber, metal bellows is more expensive, but light in weight and small in size. High working oil-resistant metal bellows rubber hose and pipe joint are supplied in complete sets. When bending, the distance between the elbow of the oil-resistant hose and the pipe joint should be at least 6 times of the outer diameter.
