1) The feeding position should be accurate. Ore must be fed from the middle of the distribution plate of the cone crusher, rather than directly into the crushing chamber. Because it is easy to overload the crusher, the lining plate is unevenly worn.

The correct feeding method is:

(1) ore is evenly dispersed in the crushing cavity through the distribution plate.

(2) The ore feeding should not be higher than the level of mortar wall.

(2) The size of the processed material should be less than 85% of the size of the equipment inlet. If it is greater than this ratio, the output will be reduced and some parts will be damaged.

(3) The cone crushing production cannot be started with load, which will definitely cause an accident.

(4) The shutdown sequence should be correct. The ore feeder must be stopped first, and before stopping the crusher, the ore that has entered the crushing cavity must be crushed and discharged.

(5) Daily inspection should be in place in time. In the production process of cone crusher, the pressure of locking system and the working condition of hydraulic station should be checked frequently, and the problems should be handled in time.
