Zosterops lateralis, also known as Silver Embroidered Bird, is an endemic bird in Australia, New Zealand and the southwest Pacific Islands, namely lord howe island, New Caledonia, Loire Islands, Vanuatu and Fiji. They are distributed in the rich southwest and southeast of Australia (including Tasmania and bass strait) and the tropical coast of Queensland, including Cape York Peninsula.
