working methods
Making pizza dough:
Mix 100g high-gluten flour, 1g dry yeast, 6g white sugar and 1g salt directly on the workbench (be careful not to let the yeast directly contact the salt), add 50~60g cold water according to the water absorption of the flour, knead it into smooth dough, shape it into a round shape, put it into a stainless steel or glass bowl, and cover it with plastic wrap to ferment it to about twice its size.
While relaxing the dough, cut 300g chicken breast (or drumstick) into cubes, add a little cooking wine and freshly ground black pepper, marinate for 10 minute, and shred half an onion for later use.
Vent the loosened dough again, roll it into pancakes slightly smaller than the baking tray, put it on the baking tray with baking oil paper, brush 1 tablespoon (15ML) of corn oil and 1 tablespoon (15ML) of cooking juice on the cake, and spread the salted chicken and onion evenly.
Slice the fresh mozzarella cheese, spread it flat on the onion, and bake it in the middle layer of the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Take it out immediately after baking, squeeze mayonnaise, grind a little black pepper, sprinkle a handful of Muyu flowers and cut it while it is hot.
I don't want a Panasonic steamer! ! !
