Trauma depends on how the person was injured. If it is the responsibility of a third party, medical insurance cannot be reimbursed. If there is no third-party responsibility, medical insurance can be reimbursed, but medical records and other materials need to be provided and verified by the medical insurance handling department; Medical reimbursement is generally received within 30 working days. The materials required for reimbursement are as follows:
(1) Original ID card or social security card;
(2) The original disease diagnosis certificate issued by the designated medical institution;
(3) original medical data such as outpatient medical records, inspection and test results reports;
(4) The original receipt of outpatient charges of medical institutions with unified finance and taxation;
(5) The detailed list of outpatient expenses printed by the hospital computer or the original payment of prescriptions issued by doctors;
(6) Designated pharmacies: unified original invoices and computer-printed sales lists of taxable goods;
(7) For handling on behalf of, the original ID card of the agent is required.

The state establishes social insurance systems such as basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance, industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance and maternity insurance, so as to guarantee citizens' right to receive material assistance from the state and society in accordance with the law when they are old, sick, injured, unemployed and have children.
Article 26
The basic medical insurance for employees, the new rural cooperative medical system and the basic medical insurance for urban residents shall be implemented in accordance with state regulations.
Article 28
Medical expenses that meet the basic medical insurance drug list, diagnosis and treatment items, medical service facilities standards and emergency rescue shall be paid by the basic medical insurance fund in accordance with state regulations.
