Process flow of sub-high speed rotary tablet press.
The tabletting process includes full loading, quantification, prepressing, main die pressing, tabletting and other processes. The upper punch and the lower punch are driven by the punching disc and move up and down along the upper and lower tracks respectively. When the punch runs to the filling section, the upper punch moves upward to bypass the feeder, and the lower punch moves downward under the action of the pull-down cam. At this time, the lower punch surface and the middle die hole form a cavity, particles are filled into the cavity through the feeder, and the lower punch passes through the lowest point of the pull-down cam to form excessive filling. The punching plate continues to move, and gradually moves upward when passing through the filling cam, pushing the excess particles in the cavity out of the die hole and entering the quantitative section. In the quantitative section, the excess particles on the upper surface of the middle die are scraped out by the quantitative scraper. The die continues to rotate, the lower punch is pulled down by the lower punch protection cam, and the upper punch moves down under the action of the pull-down cam. When the hole of the middle die moves out of the cover plate, the upper punch enters the middle die. When the punch passes through the precompression wheel, the precompression is completed; And then continue to pass through the main pressing wheel to finish tabletting; Finally, through the upper guide disc and the film ejection cam, the upper punch moves up, the lower punch pushes up, and the tablet is pushed out into the film ejection device to complete the whole tablet ejection process.
