The solder joint does not change color, does not damage the material of stainless steel plate, and the welded joint is firm, airtight and watertight, with stable welding quality and long service life.
Crawler-type spot welder: This machine is crawler-type, which can spot weld the cylinder and end cover of water tower, with pneumatic transmission, uniform stress on the welding spot and good welding quality.
Barrel reinforcement rolling machine: this machine is mainly used for rolling the reinforcement of stainless steel water tower barrels, and the lifting size of the reinforcement can be adjusted, which can compact the reinforcement from both ends of the water tower and enhance the strength of the water tower barrels.
Angle bending machine: this machine can bend angle steel and round pipe (wheels need to be changed to bend round pipe), with fast bending speed and beautiful molding, and is used to make stainless steel water tower base.
Single rib rolling machine: this machine is used for reinforcing ribs of water tower cylinder and upper and lower covers.
