Nursing self-evaluation
Self-evaluation is a person's self-summary of his study, work and life at a certain stage, which can make his mind clearer and his goals clearer. It is better to calm down and write a self-evaluation. Do you want to know how to write a self-evaluation? The following are eight nursing self-assessments that I have carefully compiled. Welcome to read the collection.

Through more than half a year's nursing practice, we strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital, earnestly perform the duties of intern nurses, be strict with ourselves, respect teachers, unite students, care for patients, don't be late, don't leave early, work hard, strive to standardize nursing work, improve skills and services, make basic nursing flexible, make love activities regular, combine theory with practice, and study theory in a planned way. The nursing work is focused, with measures and records. During the internship, I always take "love, care and patience" as the foundation, strive to achieve "eye diligence, hand diligence, foot diligence and mouth diligence", think about the patient's thoughts, worry about the patient's urgency, and provide quality services wholeheartedly, thus establishing a good medical ethics.

In the practice work of each department, we can write all kinds of nursing documents in a standardized way, complete the handover records in time, and do a good job in nursing and health education evaluation of patients in and out of hospital. Can do a good job in the nursing of common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases in various departments, conscientiously implement aseptic operation procedures, do a good job in preoperative preparation and guidance, and complete intraoperative and postoperative nursing and observation. At work, problems found can be carefully analyzed and solved in time. At the same time, I actively participated in various case discussions and academic lectures, constantly enriched my professional knowledge, and gained a more comprehensive understanding and understanding of holistic nursing technology and ward management knowledge through learning.

Nursing self-evaluation 2 During the probation period, Zheng Heng worked hard, studied hard and worked hard. When he meets something he doesn't understand in his work, he can humbly consult experienced seniors, be good at thinking, and be able to draw inferences from others. I study actively, abide by hospital rules and regulations, have strong comprehensive analysis ability, have a positive attitude towards pharmacy work, can seriously abide by the drug administration law, can meet the three strict requirements, have never had any medical accident disputes, can bear hardships and stand hard work, never be late for work, leave early or miss work, can seriously abide by drug rules and regulations, work actively and conscientiously, have a good medical ethics and service attitude, be open-minded and eager to learn, actively integrate theory with practice, and consciously abide by hospital and school rules and regulations.

Time flies, 10-day internship will soon be over. In this 10 day, under the careful training and leadership of hospital teachers, I have learned a lot through my own continuous efforts, whether in thought, study or work. Practice, as its name implies, is a practice that focuses on watching and operating by the way, and it is the first step for us to apply theory to practice and clinic. In this process, I have gained a lot and gained a lot of experience. The following is my self-evaluation of this internship:

In the work, we should strictly abide by the hospital rules and regulations, earnestly perform the duties that formal nurses should perform, respect leaders, unite colleagues, care for patients, not be late, not be absent from work, work hard, standardize nursing work, improve skills and services, make basic nursing flexible, make love activities regular, combine theory with practice, study theory in a planned and focused way, and measure and record nursing work. In my work, I always take' love, care and patience' as the foundation, and strive to be diligent in eyes, hands, feet and mouth, "think about what the patient thinks, worry about the patient's urgency, serve the patient wholeheartedly, and establish a good medical ethics.

I strictly abide by the department system, attend nursing rounds on time, be familiar with the patient's condition, be able to look at the problem correctly, standardize all basic nursing operations and specialist nursing operations, correctly execute the doctor's orders, strictly implement aseptic techniques, and perform' three checks and seven pairs' operations.

My strengths are honesty, enthusiasm, perseverance and seriousness. This is also the evaluation of my teachers. I am enthusiastic and responsible for all kinds of work.

I also have many shortcomings. The most important thing is that I am a little impatient and often anxious. The teacher said, I don't want to run around the hospital like this no matter how anxious I am, or how can patients feel at ease when we see that our medical staff are in a hurry?

After all, the nursing knowledge I can learn in just ten days is just the tip of the iceberg, unlike those nurses and sisters who have received systematic nursing training. But what I have learned and gained from my contact with doctors, nurses and patients is not only this limited professional knowledge, but also an attitude towards patients and work, a brand-new orientation for myself and a desire for knowledge.

Nursing self-evaluation. In terms of ideology and morality, I have good moral cultivation. I love my motherland, people, law-abiding, caring for public property, uniting my classmates and being ready to help others. And in the spirit of seeking truth from facts, enthusiastically participate in the school's public welfare propaganda and patriotic activities.

In learning, I successfully completed this professional course and have strong English listening, reading and writing skills. Proficient in office software and other popular software, and opened up their own personal space on the Internet. I also dabbled in a lot of extracurricular knowledge such as literature, psychology and marketing. I believe that in the future, there will be greater improvement in the combination of theory and practice!

At work, I not only exercised my organizational ability, but also deeply felt the spirit of teamwork and cohesion by joining the Society for Learning and Computer Association. Treat the team's tasks more seriously and responsibly, and be proud of it.

As a positive and optimistic youth in the new era, I will be more eager to enrich myself, improve myself and run towards the future goals. And believe in yourself; Intention will definitely win the wonderful!

In my life, I advocate simple life and develop good living habits and decent style. Besides, we attach great importance to the concept of time. Because I am approachable and friendly, I always get along well with people. Dare to work hard and work hard will accompany me to meet new challenges in the future.

In April and August, I was lucky enough to come to Hong Kong xx Hospital to study neonatal intensive care. Because this learning opportunity is very rare, it took the hospital more than half a year to get it. So before I come, I think I must seriously study their advanced nursing concepts and techniques, and make this trip to glad you came. But after coming to Hong Kong, I found that apart from studying, the most important thing is to experience the cultural differences between Hong Kong and the mainland. In just one month, I deeply felt the advanced hospital management mode, thoughtful occupational safety protection and many other places worthy of our study in xx Hospital.

First, humanized management is first of all good teamwork and diversified nursing staff echelon. The nursing team in each ward is equipped with ward manager, head nurse, specialist nurse and clinical nurse. Everyone cooperates with each other while completing their own work to ensure the nursing quality of the ward. In addition, they also have an organic section chief who is responsible for the daily management, debugging, maintenance and repair of instruments and the purchase of spare parts. Health service assistant, responsible for the replacement, replenishment and storage of nursing supplies; Ward assistant, responsible for terminal disposal and going out to do chores; Medical secretary, responsible for the reception, internal and external communication, statistics, sorting and storage of medical documents; Hygienist, responsible for ward hygiene (spotless effect required). Through the careful arrangement of personnel, everyone performs their duties, so that patients have a sense of security after admission, and everything is under the care of medical staff. Secondly, xx Hospital should train every new employee in occupational safety and health and infection control. All the aisles in the ward are posted with various exercises on how to lift heavy objects and relieve fatigue, instructing employees how to protect themselves at work to prevent accidents. Wear gloves when touching blood and body fluids, handle needles and sharp tools carefully, and wash your hands frequently to avoid cross infection. During the study, we learned that xx Hospital also provides quality training for its employees. At the beginning of the year, nurses set their own goals, and the head nurse will provide corresponding learning opportunities according to the goals set by nurses. The Hospital Authority will organize various types of learning classes every month to improve the quality of employees. For the clinical audit of nursing staff, the most classic sentence that Manager Cai said is that when a nurse makes a mistake, it is not a human problem, but a system problem. They will revise and improve the system according to this matter, instead of punishing nurses. Only in this way, mistakes will be reported in time, not concealed, which is conducive to improving nursing quality and reducing accidents. The work in the hospital is tense and heavy. In order to reduce the work pressure of employees, the hospital has carried out a series of lectures, such as psychological counseling and how to decompress. In addition, it also organizes employees to do physical exercises, and provides employees with Internet access, fitness and even clubs including karaoke.

Second, advanced equipment and technical level and excellent service.

Scientific and effective equipment setting is the obvious feature of xx Hospital. With the sickbed as the center, embedded devices such as negative pressure suction, oxygen, compressed air and power supply are installed on the wall with the height of bedside1m. All kinds of monitoring equipment, central suction equipment and central oxygen supply equipment can be moved at will, and medical instruments and resuscitation emergency tubes are placed in a fixed position on the instrument rack in a standardized way, which is convenient to use. Each sickbed is equipped with a set of wall-mounted central monitoring equipment, which is connected with the central monitoring system of the nurse station. ECG, central venous pressure, invasive and noninvasive blood pressure, arterial pressure and oxygen saturation can be monitored at any time, and the monitoring items that can be changed by any plug-in can be changed. Others increase according to the patient's condition, such as nervous system monitor, pca analgesic syringe, B-ultrasound, gastrointestinal nutrition infusion set, arteriovenous catheterization system, etc. All subjects may be involved in the equipment needed for the disease and keep it in good condition at any time. In addition, there are experienced doctors and nurses in the neonatal intensive care unit, who have advanced medical standards, such as the application of curosurf, arterial blood pressure monitoring, umbilical artery and vein intubation, picc and so on. They successfully saved a baby weighing only 430 grams. They have done rop for premature infants under 32 weeks, and have done hearing screening for each baby, and check whether the baby has congenital blindness and deafness as soon as possible, and treat it as soon as possible. Their hospital attaches great importance to humanized service. For example, when cpap is used, a pad will be cut between the nose and the stuffy nose to prevent skin damage and pig nose. When you need to put tape on your face, you will put a protective film on it, and every incubator will have a cover cloth. All treatments will focus on reducing light and various external stimuli, which is conducive to the growth and development of children. For babies with special problems, there are professional physiotherapists and occupations to serve them, and for babies who continue to recover after discharge, they are referred to other hospitals for treatment. The whole hospital has developed a family-centered nursing model. The spacious game area in the general ward brings children an environment without strangeness; The arrival of the game ambassador every day brings joy to the children; Full-time Red Cross teachers have relieved school-age children of their academic worries; Parents actively participate in the care of their children under the guidance of nursing staff. In nicu, nurses encourage parents to visit their babies and do what they can, which reduces parents' anxiety of not seeing their babies, promotes the intimacy between newborns and their parents, and embodies a strong family atmosphere. Before the premature infants leave the hospital, parents will be given a pre-natal course, and special nurses will explain and guide them, so that parents can bathe, change clothes and change diapers for premature infants until they are competent, and then they can safely hand them over to their parents. After the child was discharged from the hospital, he was followed up in the outpatient clinic within two years and regularly examined by a specialist. Express concern and sympathy to the parents of children through standardized and appropriate service methods, and reflect the service level of the hospital. Naturally integrate service norms into service consciousness and apply them to medical practice. The ward has set up a hotline for discharged patients, which is responsible for providing all kinds of consulting services 24 hours a day, so that patients can keep in touch with the hospital through the hotline and get professional guidance of medical services at any time; Every department has pamphlets on medical knowledge of various professional diseases for people to consult for free.

Third, rigorous work style.

In order to prevent mistakes and accidents, the hospital stipulates that the dose of medical treatment must be checked by the pharmacy and can only be used on patients after being checked by two nurses. Special treatments, such as blood transfusion and application of curosurf, must be examined by both doctors and nurses before being implemented by doctors; In treatment, you can take it orally, and don't use intravenous therapy. Most antibiotics use penicillin, so stop taking it as soon as possible. The newly assigned students and senior nurses should be taught by specialized nurses. First of all, they should understand the environment of the ward and the storage places of various items, learn the use and precautions of various equipment, and various nursing techniques applied to clinical work. Only by passing the exam can they be appointed as teaching teachers. All kinds of articles used in the ward adopt the method of ××× (regular sorting, regular cleaning, regular rectification, regular standardization and regular self-discipline), and the labels are fixed and readily available; First aid kit, thermometer, stethoscope, etc. It should be prepared before each child goes to bed and disinfected at last after discharge. Hospitals advocate breastfeeding, but their requirements for breast milk are strict, and they will do bacterial culture, requiring that breast milk must be frozen before eating (except direct feeding). If the child finds any discomfort during breastfeeding, he should stop immediately and wait until the mother fully grasps the essentials of breast milk collection and passes the breast milk test before eating. There are corresponding flow charts in various nursing operations, and these processes have assessment standards; Every year, the specialized nurses in the department and the staff in the nursing department discuss whether these operations need to be improved; Doctors and nurses wash their hands strictly before and after the operation, and each patient is equipped with hand disinfectant before going to bed. During the operation, if the operation fails, the medical supplies must be replaced and never reused. Because they know that if they don't abide by the rules and regulations, they will increase the probability of infection, thus endangering the lives of patients and their own health. The hospital has an independent infection control department, which continuously monitors the infection situation of each department, and at the same time counts the surgical infection rate of each doctor, so as to point it out individually. Hospital infection control is well done. There is an independent negative pressure isolation ward in the ward, which is isolated if it is determined to be an infectious disease, and the infected and non-infected patients are strictly treated in separate wards. Because of this, xx Hospital has done a very good job in infection control. Even during the SARS period, there was no nosocomial infection in their hospital.

Fourth, the enthusiasm and sincerity of Hong Kong people.

When I first came to Hong Kong, I often asked someone for directions because I didn't know the way. Although the local people's Mandarin is not very good, they will tell you enthusiastically, even draw a map and even show us the way in person. When I first came to xx Hospital, because it was late at night, we only asked the security nurses how to get to the dormitory. They actually asked if you were from XX and took us to the dormitory in person. When I arrived at the dormitory door, I found a note posted on the door to show us the way. At that time, I was really touched and felt that their work arrangements were really meticulous. The next day, the administrator's aunt led us to buy telephone cards and Octopus cards to guide our daily life. The manager of nursing department took time out of his busy schedule to invite us to dinner and asked us what difficulties we had in our study and life.

A month passed quickly. Here, I am very grateful to the hospital leaders for providing me with such a valuable learning opportunity, so that I can contact and learn the advanced medical technology and nursing concept of Hong Kong xx Hospital and feel the civilization and advancement of Hong Kong. At present, Dushanzi is in a period of great development. In order to meet the needs of great development, hospitals have continuously sent medical staff to the mainland and Xinjiang to learn advanced management models and medical technologies. I believe that through the joint efforts of all medical staff, Dushanzi Hospital will definitely become a unique brand hospital in the Golden Triangle and better serve the people of Dushanzi!

The aisles and wards in the pediatric ward are all bright colors, as well as game rooms and toy cards. Children with meconium aspiration syndrome were treated with high frequency ventilator and closed thoracic drainage. All items shall be placed neatly in accordance with the method of ××××××, with obvious labels.

(2) Zhang's feelings of studying in xx Hospital in Hong Kong.

Recently, I was honored to be sent to Hong Kong xx Hospital for further study. During a short contact of one month, I personally experienced and felt a hospital operation mode with advanced management experience and excellent service system that is in line with the world through in-depth ward and face-to-face communication with their staff, and I got to know a beautiful Hong Kong with its own characteristics, a quintessence of combining Chinese and Western cultures.

General situation of xx hospital

Most of the funds for public health care in Hong Kong come from government subsidies. Xx Hospital is a public hospital under the Hospital Authority of Hong Kong, which was established in 1937. It is also the teaching hospital of the University of Hong Kong. This is an emergency hospital.

General hospital, including: emergency department (24 hours), internal medicine, surgery, children and adolescents' department, obstetrics and gynecology, otolaryngology, oral and maxillofacial surgery and dentistry, ophthalmology, clinical oncology, psychiatry, microbiology, pathology and clinical biochemistry, radiology, anesthesiology, brain surgery, etc. Full-time medical care includes: physiotherapy, occupational therapy, medical and social services, prosthetics and orthotics/podiatry, speech therapy, nutrition and pharmacy. Xx Hospital is also a tertiary referral center for many advanced technologies, such as radiotherapy, organ transplantation, neonatal intensive care, plastic surgery and brain surgery. Xx Hospital implements a series of patient-centered community and support services, such as patient care support in cancer center, palliative care consultation and cancer consultation service, diabetes center care and support service, community care and community volunteer service, patient resource center and patient cooperation service. At present, there are 4 beds150xxxxx and 4 employees18xxxx, including nurses 1625, doctors 383, full-time medical staff 475 and others 1702. The average hospitalization time was 5.5 days.

Xx Hospital has a core value: expert diagnosis and treatment, caring and caring, and excellent service. Nurse training and nursing audit and standards

Nurses are divided into registered nurses, registered nurses, specialist nurses and nursing directors. The highest level is the general manager of nursing, and there are several department managers and ward managers. Nurses' continuing education is highly valued. Every year, nursing administration will set up many related courses for nurses to choose according to their majors, so as to accumulate credits. It is required to accumulate enough 45 points for three consecutive years before you have the opportunity to continue your promotion or raise your salary. These studies are done in my spare time, with the supervision and help of the ward nursing manager. If a nurse fails to finish, the superior specialist nurses and managers will try their best to create more opportunities to help her finish.

The Hong Kong Hospital Authority has issued two versions of nursing standards and one version of patient care practice guidelines. According to these standards, the hospital has also formulated many ward workbooks, including standardized written materials on crisis management, disaster response plan, ward operation, nursing operation and infection control, with nursing quality audit forms attached. To evaluate and compare the nursing quality of various departments. The hospital has a special clinical audit department, which comprehensively evaluates and audits all medical staff, checks and supervises every clinical medical procedure, so as to ensure professional responsibility and behavior, which is part of the clinical code. The purpose of clinical audit is not to punish medical staff because they believe. 85% of medical errors are caused by the system.

Self-evaluation of nursing 5 First, earnestly implement various rules and regulations.

Strict implementation of rules and regulations is to improve nursing quality and ensure medical safety.

1。 Abide by the responsibilities of nurses at all levels, defined the post responsibility system and nursing work system of nurses on duty and visiting nurses, and put an end to the bad phenomenon of patients changing infusion bottles and sticking needles themselves.

2。 Conscientiously implement orthopedic nursing routine and microsurgical nursing routine, insist on filling in all kinds of information and data register, and equip with five kinds of operation and disposal trays.

Second, adhere to the inspection system.

(1) requires the class to check the doctor's advice, and the head nurse participates in the total check 1-2 times a week and records it;

(2) Nursing operation requires three checks and seven pairs;

(3) Insist on filling in the infusion card, and there has never been a major nursing mistake.

Third, strengthen management.

Strengthen quality control, strictly implement the system and check carefully. The nursing department does not regularly check once a week, closely cooperates with the quality inspection department, comprehensively checks the nursing work once a month, and gives timely feedback, and checks and records the work quality of the department every week.

Fourth, do a good job in nursing.

1, adhere to the patient-centered, quality-centered, provide quality services for patients, and carry out patient-centered health education in depth.

2. Implement holistic nursing mode in three wards. In addition to imparting disease prevention and rehabilitation knowledge to patients, they also went deep into the ward to talk with patients.

3. Accompany the patient to go through the admission formalities and send the patient to the operating room. The three wards are fixed with duty nurses and visiting nurses, so that patients can get thoughtful service.

In the last stage of this short 1 1 year, it is drifting away in the long river of years, and it appears in front of us with a brand-new attitude in the new year. The new ward building is being planned and implemented. I am full of confidence in the new stage. While affirming the achievements, we should also clearly see the shortcomings, and we should be bold and innovative in consciousness and persevere.

I graduated from Xiangtan Health School in July, majoring in clinical nursing, and obtained a junior college degree in clinical nursing. He entered our hospital in May, and has been working in pediatric clinical nursing post so far, and is currently studying in provincial children's hospital. I would like to take this opportunity to extend my most sincere thanks to the hospital leaders who have been silently caring for and helping me for more than two years! Here, I report my work to the distinguished hospital leaders for your review.

Since I entered the pediatric work, I have been doing my work conscientiously and conscientiously with the guidance and help of the head nurse in line with the concept of "serving the people" and carrying forward the spirit of treating diseases and saving lives. So far, there have been no medical accidents, mistakes or disputes. In the past two years, I have actively participated in the training or assessment of various business knowledge and skills held inside and outside the hospital. While strengthening political and ideological understanding, we should always improve our professional quality, strictly abide by various medical and nursing rules and regulations, and do a good job in nursing according to various medical and nursing operation norms. I have been taking part in the three basics (basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills) theory and operation examination once a month, so as to review the past and learn new things, integrate theory with practice, and constantly consolidate my theoretical knowledge and practical skills in nursing. Actively support the head nurse to make rounds once a month to improve patients' satisfaction with my service. In addition, we have been insisting on self-study of undergraduate nursing knowledge, striving for a new level of theoretical knowledge and realizing the simultaneous development of individuals and hospitals.

Last year, my colleagues and I participated in the "XX" skill operation competition held by the hospital, and our department won the third place in the group. Last June, 165438+ 10, I participated in the speech contest with the theme of "Building a Harmonious Hospital" and won the second prize. Whether it is personal participation or team fighting, it has condensed and deepened my sense of collective honor, strengthened my team spirit, and let me know that only when individuals are integrated with the collective can they form the greatest resultant force. This year, with the unanimous approval of my colleagues and leaders on my previous work performance, I was sent to the provincial children's hospital for further study. Here, thank you very much for giving me this glorious opportunity for further study.

I still have many shortcomings in my work in the past two years. For example, the weakness of professional knowledge and the lack of skills and abilities make me feel at a loss at work and lose many opportunities for learning and promotion; Another example is not careful enough at work, which brings unnecessary pain to patients and creates a lot of trouble for colleagues. I have a deep understanding of these shortcomings and deficiencies, and I have been trying to correct and improve them. I will definitely redouble my efforts to learn theoretical knowledge, exercise operational skills, hone my personality and make up for the shortcomings in my past work. Not for the best, but for the better, so that I can provide better services to patients with more professional quality and a more positive attitude.

In the future, I will take becoming an excellent nurse as my goal and be promoted to be a nurse. First of all, I will take further education seriously, study hard and practice real kung fu; Then, I will take everything I have learned back to the hospital, share it with my colleagues and apply what I have learned to practical work. And thoroughly study the basic knowledge of "5s field management method", understand the essence of "5s", set high standards for yourself in five aspects: sorting, rectifying, cleaning, cleaning and self-cultivation, and create a good atmosphere of "everyone actively participates and everything follows the standards" with colleagues under the leadership of the head nurse.

Self-evaluation of nursing Article 71 A year's college life has passed in a blink of an eye. Now that I think about it, I really have some memories when I first came to this school. At that time, I was just a high school graduate who knew nothing. Now that I have gone through a year, I feel that I have grown up and learned a lot. This not only has strong adaptability and optimistic attitude towards life, but also benefits from one year's study accumulation, skill training and experience in the student union. In such a short time, I will bid farewell to my freshman study life. When I graduate, I should make an appraisal of my college campus career in the past year.

First, ideologically and morally, I have good moral cultivation and firm political orientation. Personality is related to the formation of a correct outlook on life and world view, so I attach great importance to my personality, persist in self-reflection and strive to improve my personality. Therefore, under any circumstances, I demand myself from the top, be strict with myself, be friendly to my classmates and be helpful.

Second, in terms of study, I can use my spare time to teach myself various courses, actively participate in centralized teaching and finish all my homework on time in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school. In this year's study and life, I successfully completed the examinations and tests of various subjects with excellent results. During my study, I can consciously put what I have learned into practice, take "independent thinking" as the motto, and never forget to be vigilant. Diligent and simple, love the group, treat people sincerely, care about classmates, be helpful, and have a strong sense of time. Optimistic and cheerful personality, and always maintain a good attitude.

Third, at work, I actively participate in the school's student work and social practice work. The work plan is detailed and clear, assisting teachers and students. Do a good job in class collective work. In these processes, I am serious and responsible, which greatly exercised my working ability and accumulated a lot of valuable practical experience.

This is my personal evaluation since I studied for a year. Although I may not learn much, I believe that my future life will be impeccable as long as I persevere. I will be more eager to enrich myself and improve my future goals. I will devote myself to the new living environment with full enthusiasm, firm confidence and high sense of responsibility, meet new challenges, climb new heights and better realize my life value.

Self-evaluation of nursing for 8 years is so short. The three-year health school has gone from being depressed and at a loss when entering vocational high school to being calm and calm when going to work. I know this will definitely change my role in the new challenges in life. In addition to strong adaptability and optimistic attitude, it is more important to benefit from three years of study accumulation and skill training. When I graduate, I will make an evaluation of my campus life in the past three years.

First, in terms of ideology and politics, I have a good moral cultivation and a firm political direction. I love my motherland and people, firmly support the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership and socialist system, abide by the law, care for public property, unite with my classmates and be ready to help others. And enthusiastically participate in the school's public welfare propaganda and patriotic activities with the spirit of being pragmatic and seeking truth.

Secondly, in terms of study, I have been studying hard, and I have mastered a relatively solid basic knowledge through serious study. I was rewarded for my good study style and clear study goals.

Thirdly, in life, I advocate simple life and develop good living habits and decent style. Besides, we attach great importance to the concept of time. Because I am approachable and friendly, I always get along well with people. Dare to work hard and work hard will accompany me to meet new challenges in the future.

The third year in the health school was my internship in the hospital, and I basically stayed in the hospital for one year to study. In the hospital, I am familiar with my own nursing operation technology, combining theory with practice, and under the guidance of the teaching teacher, I care for patients with all my patience and love, so that patients can get good care and recover as soon as possible. When I went to the hospital for internship, I realized that many students were also studying nursing, which increased the opportunity to exchange and learn with other students, exercised my communication skills, learned the strengths of others, and realized my own shortcomings. So I like internships. Although I feel a little tired sometimes, I am very happy.

In order to adapt to the development of society, I have to constantly improve my ideological understanding, improve myself and correct my shortcomings. As a medical student, the social pressure will be heavier than other industries, so we should learn to study and innovate to meet the requirements of social development.
