Inverter arc welding power supply, also known as arc welding inverter, is a new welding power supply. This power supply generally converts the three-phase power frequency (50Hz) AC power grid voltage into DC after being rectified and filtered by an input rectifier, and then inverts it into an intermediate frequency AC voltage of several kHz to several tens of khz through the alternating switching action of high-power switching electronic components (thyristor thyristor, transistor GTR, field effect transistor MOSFET or IGBT), and at the same time reduces it to a voltage of several tens of volts suitable for welding through a transformer, and then rectifies it again, and outputs quite stable DC welding current through reactance filtering.
Double protection welding principle
The principle of CO2 gas shielded welding is that the welding wire and weldment are used as two electrodes to generate an arc, the metal is melted by the heat of the arc, and the arc and molten pool are protected by CO2 gas, thus obtaining a good welding joint. This welding method is called CO2 gas shielded welding.
