1. First turn on the computer, open PS in the computer, export a bunch of pictures in the PS interface, select the first picture in the open command in PS, then check the picture order and click Open, so that all the pictures will be opened in PS in sequence.

2. The opened picture will be displayed in the layer panel on the right, showing the style of a video group.

3. If you want to play it to see the effect, you need to open the workspace under the menu bar of the window, and then open the dynamic option.

4. Then the timeline options will appear below. If there is no timeline option bar, open the timeline option in the window menu, as shown in the figure, so that you can play the current video effect freely on the timeline.

5. When you want to export the video, please select the "Render Video" option bar below the timeline.

6. In the pop-up options bar, set the name of the exported video and the location of the exported file, and then simply modify the settings as follows as needed. You can select the format and quality of the video, and then render and export.
