If your film is cut horizontally, you should draw vertically in the middle of the glass, and then draw the upper and lower sides. The purpose of this painting is to make the film absorb.

3 spread the film on the glass and cut off the surrounding film. Generally, leave about 2-3 cm before finely cutting.

4 Smooth the film from the middle of the glass with moisture to both sides by hand. It should be noted that if the film is cut vertically, there should be no bubbles on both sides of the glass, and it should be smoothed by hand. If the film will not be adsorbed on the glass after passing through, it should be wiped by hand to make the film completely adsorbed on the glass. After soaking, it will be divided into upper and lower halves. After separation, it can be baked and shaped with a hot gun.

5 when baking and setting, generally start baking from the place with large radian and bake in circles to make the film heated evenly. When baking, because the glass has no moisture, the film has a wide heat absorption surface and responds quickly to heat. When baking the film, it should be noted that the temperature of the baking gun should be adjusted to a medium range, not too high, otherwise it will burn the film. Eyes should pay attention to the contraction of the membrane.

After plastic surgery, bake the upper and lower edges of the film. Even if the edge of a model with a large arc looks small, it should be baked more and trimmed more.

7. In order to confirm whether the film is completely attached, just open it, spray the installation liquid, scrape it with an extrusion scraper, and check whether the film is attached to the glass. If there are small bubbles, flatten them with wet baking. It should be noted that only half of a whole film can be uncovered, and the other half can be uncovered after spraying installation liquid for fixation. It is not allowed to uncover the whole film and spray water at the same time, otherwise it will be easily deformed or slipped.

Safer, more docile, more uniform film shrinkage, and can bake areas with large radians, unlike wet baking explosive glass.

Sticking is also very convenient. Air bubbles often appear in the electric heating wire during wet baking, which can be completely avoided during dry baking.
