Candidates are required to bring their ID card (household registration book), graduation certificate, degree certificate, registration certificate (employment introduction letter), relevant qualification certificates and relevant supporting materials, and two recent one-inch color bareheaded photos for preliminary qualification examination. Only after passing the preliminary examination are they allowed to register.

(3) Examination

The exam is divided into written test and interview.

1, written test. The implementation of the 100-point system, the examination time is two hours and thirty minutes. The written test involves public basic knowledge, professional and technical ability, administrative professional ability and writing ability, and a closed-book test is implemented. According to the written test results, the interviewer is determined from high score to low score according to the recruitment plan 1: 3.

2. Interview. The interview content is designed according to the specialty of the recruitment position, which mainly tests the applicant's professional knowledge, professional ability, thinking ability, adaptability, professionalism, coordination ability, language expression ability, personality stability and demeanor. The specific time and place will be announced separately.

After the interview, according to the comprehensive scores of candidates (written test scores account for 40%, interview scores account for 60%), and according to the ratio of 1: 1 of the number of posts announced, the medical examiners are determined from high to low. Candidates with the same comprehensive scores will be given additional interview questions in the same order as the interview results, and the order will be determined according to the interview results.

(4) Physical examination

Those who pass the interview shall go to the designated hospital for physical examination according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), and those who fail the physical examination shall not be employed. The time and place of physical examination will be notified separately.

(5) Evaluation

The assessment shall be organized and implemented by the District Personnel Bureau in conjunction with the employer. The assessment contents mainly include ideological and political performance, legal concept, moral quality, style and discipline, work attitude, job qualifications and so on.

According to the results of physical examination and assessment, the list of preliminary recruiters is determined, and the candidates to be admitted are determined after verification by the district recruitment leading group, and reported to the Xi Personnel Bureau for the record. Those who fail the physical examination or assessment will be disqualified from recruitment, and the number of vacancies will be replenished in turn according to the ranking order of the comprehensive scores of the positions they apply for.

(7) Qualification examination

Conduct necessary qualification examination for the identified personnel to be employed when reporting for duty. Anyone who fails to meet the recruitment requirements after qualification review or conceals personal real situation through fraud will be disqualified.

Fourth, employment management.

The staff who have been openly recruited this time will be managed by the employment system, with a probation period of one year. After the probation period, those who pass the examination will go through the recruitment procedures, and those who fail will be disqualified. Regular employees sign employment contracts in accordance with the relevant provisions of personnel management. The term of the employment contract is generally 3 years, and you can enjoy corresponding treatment during the employment period. If the contract needs to be renewed upon expiration, it must be examined and both parties agree to renew it. Otherwise, it will not be renewed, and its personnel files will be handed over to the district talent center for safekeeping.
