1. Registration method

2. Query relevant information: Candidates can log in to the China Health Talent Network registration system from June 22 to June 27, 2012 to query relevant registration information. 3. (2) Exam subjects, time and implementation methods

(5) The passing score for the written examination is 60 points.

2. Interview

The interview will be organized and implemented by the competent department of the recruiting unit according to the approved interview plan. Candidates for interviews will be determined based on the order of written test scores from high scores to low scores at a ratio of 1:3 to the number of positions to be recruited, and will be announced on the Jiangning Talent Network (www.jnrc.gov.cn).

(1) Qualification review. Before the interview, the recruiting unit will review the qualifications of the candidates who have qualified for the interview.

During the qualification review, candidates must hold: valid ID card, academic qualifications, degree certificates, academic certification (electronic registration form for academic certificates from the Ministry of Education), graduate employment registration certificate, and relevant professional qualification certificates (nursing position Candidates of the 2012 session must provide the admission ticket for the Qualification Examination for Practical Nurses), professional title certificates, work certificates, etc. The above certificates and related materials must be submitted in originals and copies.

(2) The list of interviewees who have passed the qualification review will be published on the Jiangning Talent Network. Candidates who participate in the interview must pay an interview fee of 100 yuan/person (Su Zifeihan [2007] No. 146) and receive an interview notice.

(3) Interview content and method. The interview mainly examines the candidate's overall quality and the knowledge and work skills required for the position. Structured interviews are mainly used, and nursing positions use a combination of structured interviews and operational skills assessment. The structured interview is based on job responsibilities, job search motivation and the match of the proposed position, and examines the candidate's comprehensive analytical ability, language expression ability, demeanor, professional knowledge, etc. The operational skills assessment mainly tests the candidate's skills and skills suitable for the position. operating level.

On the day of the interview, candidates must bring their valid ID card and interview notice, and use the interview notice to receive the interview test number. For positions where there is no competition for interviews, the qualifying score is set at 60 points.

3. Calculation of total score

For nursing positions, the total score is calculated based on the written test score accounting for 40%, the structured interview score accounting for 30%, and the operational skills assessment accounting for 30%.

For other positions, the written test score accounts for 40% and the interview score accounts for 60% to calculate the total score.

The total passing score is 60 points.

(3) Physical examination and inspection

Among those with a total score above the passing line, physical examination candidates will be determined based on the ratio of 1:1 to the number of job recruitments from high scores to low scores. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "General Standards for Physical Examination for the Recruitment of National Civil Servants (Trial)" and the physical examination expenses shall be borne by oneself. Those who have passed the physical examination will be inspected. If there is a vacancy due to failure in the physical examination or inspection, the candidates who have passed the examination for the same position will be filled in one go from the highest score to the lowest score.

(4) Publicity

The list of candidates who have passed the physical examination and inspection will be published on the Jiangning Talent Network for a period of 7 working days.

(5) Employment

For those who have no objections after the public notice period, after reporting to the public recruitment comprehensive management department for approval, the recruiting unit will sign an employment contract with them, and a probation period will be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations. After the probationary period, if the employee passes the assessment, formal employment procedures will be completed, and the position and grade will be determined. Those who graduated from full-time colleges and universities in 2011 and 2012 have not obtained the corresponding professional qualifications and professional technical qualifications within two years, and those who have failed to obtain the qualification of practicing nurses after the probation period for nursing positions (2012 graduates) , the employment contract is terminated and the individual chooses his own career.
