(2) Deepen publicity and raise awareness. Taking advantage of activities such as Occupational Health Publicity Week and Safety Production Publicity Month, in view of the fact that production and business units generally pay attention to, understand and do not do enough work on occupational disease prevention and control, while going deep into enterprises to carry out occupational health supervision and publicity, towns and villages are urged to carry out publicity on laws and regulations such as the Law on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases. At the same time, in cooperation with the Municipal Bureau, an occupational health training course was held in Yuechi County, and the safety management personnel of more than 70 enterprises with serious occupational hazards such as dangerous chemicals and non-coal mines participated in the training.
(3) Highlight key points and strengthen the management of occupational hazards. Since the beginning of this year, Yuechi County Safety Supervision Bureau has identified key industries for occupational health work such as hazardous chemicals production enterprises, non-coal mines, stone processing, cement mixing, etc., and organized special inspections. In the first half of the year, more than 50 enterprises were inspected, and more than 30 occupational health problems were investigated 1 enterprise was inspected to carry out the "three simultaneities" work of occupational health, and three enterprises carried out the evaluation of occupational health status.
(4) Strictly declare occupational hazards. In the first half of this year, more than 10 enterprises were urged to fill in the declaration form of occupational hazards, and it is expected that the online declaration will be completed in July.
(five) strictly carry out the work of occupational health law enforcement year. According to the document requirements of the Municipal Bureau, Yuechi County Safety Supervision Bureau has formulated the work plan for law enforcement year to strengthen the supervision and inspection of enterprises.

In 20 14, all hazardous chemicals production enterprises, non-coal mining enterprises and stone processing industries will be included in the scope of the construction of occupational health basic ledger, requiring enterprises to complete the construction of basic ledger before 10, and strengthen the supervision and inspection of the construction of enterprise basic ledger.

At present, some enterprises spontaneously go to qualified units such as Yuechi County CDC and Guang 'an Alan Hospital to carry out employee occupational health examination, and other enterprises are actively contacting.
Second, the existing problems
(A) ideological understanding is not in place. First, some enterprise managers and employees have a weak awareness of occupational hazards, and feel that as long as they are not dead, they do not pay enough attention to occupational health work. Second, due to the backward local economy, in order to promote local economic development, there is a phenomenon of lowering the conditions for attracting investment. Some enterprises that have not been pre-evaluated for occupational hazards, evaluated for control effect and reviewed for completion and acceptance have started construction and operation despite illness. Third, enterprises unilaterally pursue economic interests, neglect occupational health work, ignore toxic and harmful factors existing in employees' working environment, and protective measures and supplies do not meet national requirements, or even have necessary protective measures.
(2) The infrastructure of occupational health and safety supervision is weak. First, the declaration of occupational hazards in enterprises is not thorough, the health examination of employees in enterprises is not implemented, and the occupational health records are not perfect. Second, the coverage of occupational health publicity and training is not enough. Although the county safety supervision bureau, towns and departments have strengthened safety publicity, there is still a problem that the publicity coverage is not wide enough, and many small workshops and people's publicity is not in place. Third, there is a lack of special testing equipment for occupational health, so it is impossible to detect whether there are occupational hazards in enterprises, and it is even more impossible to effectively carry out occupational health and safety supervision.
(3) The situation of prevention and control of occupational hazards is grim. Problems such as historical debts and increased mobility of employees have seriously restricted the development of occupational health work, and there are many problems such as insufficient investment in occupational hazard prevention and control in enterprises and inadequate protective facilities and equipment.
