Third, enterprises unilaterally pursue economic interests, neglect occupational health work, ignore toxic and harmful factors existing in employees' working environment, and protective measures and supplies do not meet national requirements, or even have necessary protective measures.

(2) The infrastructure of occupational health and safety supervision is weak. First, the declaration of occupational hazards in enterprises is not thorough, the health examination of employees in enterprises is not implemented, and the occupational health records are not perfect. Second, the coverage of occupational health publicity and training is not enough. Although the county safety supervision bureau, towns and departments have strengthened safety publicity, there is still a problem that the publicity coverage is not wide enough, and many small workshops and people's publicity is not in place. Third, there is a lack of special testing equipment for occupational health, so it is impossible to detect whether there are occupational hazards in enterprises, and it is even more impossible to effectively carry out occupational health and safety supervision.

(3) The situation of prevention and control of occupational hazards is grim. Problems such as historical debts and increased mobility of employees have seriously restricted the development of occupational health work, and there are many problems such as insufficient investment in occupational hazard prevention and control in enterprises and inadequate protective facilities and equipment.
