20 15 Public Recruitment Announcement of Health System in Shangyu District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province
In order to further optimize the personnel structure and promote the sustainable development of health undertakings in our region, according to the provisions of the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Zhejiang Province, it is decided to openly recruit health system staff for Shangyu District on 20 15, and relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Recruitment Plan

In 20 15, all medical and health units in the whole region plan to openly recruit 172 staff. Among them, there are 92 district-level medical and health units, 25 district-level hospital branches and 43 primary medical units; Recruitment 12 people in Lihai Town Health Center of Binhai New City. See annex 1 for the specific recruitment plan.

If the number of qualified people after registration is less than or equal to the number of recruitment positions, the number of recruitment plans will be determined according to 80% (rounded off) of the qualified people, and the determined recruitment plan will still be equal to the number of qualified people in joint recruitment. Specific measures shall be formulated and announced separately according to the registration situation.

Second, the recruitment scope, objects and conditions

(1) Recruitment scope and target

Health technical posts in regional hospitals:

1, 20 15, 20 14 full-time medical graduates from ordinary colleges and universities, of which 20 14 nursing graduates must be qualified as practical nurses.

2. Full-time medical graduates under the age of 30 (born after February/July 1985) with corresponding professional and technical qualifications in health technology.

Non-health technical posts in district-level medical and health units:

Under the age of 30 (born after February 1985 17), full-time undergraduate graduates from ordinary colleges and universities.

Primary medical units in Shangyu District and Lihai Town Health Center of Binhai New City:

Full-time medical graduates who graduated from 1, 20 15 and 20 14, among which nursing graduates who graduated from 20 14 must be qualified as practical nurses.

2. Persons under the age of 35 (born after February/February/July, 1980/Kloc-0) with corresponding professional and technical qualifications in health technology.

Staff of Shangyu District Health System in Shaoxing City and Lihai Town Health Center in Binhai New City are not allowed to apply for the exam.

(2) Recruitment conditions

Third, the recruitment process

(1) Registration

1, time: 20 15 March 10. 8: 30 am-12: 00 am and 6: 30 pm-16: 30 pm; No longer accepted after the deadline. After the application form is submitted, it is not allowed to change the application volunteers.

2. Location: Shangyu Medical Continuing Education Center (formerly Shangyu Health Continuing Education School, Dongsanpeng Bridge, Guanbaijie Road)

3. Registration requirements: Each candidate can only fill in one volunteer and pay the examination fee of 40 yuan.

4. Information required for registration:

①20 15 graduates: originals and photocopies of my ID card, employment agreement for graduates of national colleges and universities, recommendation form for graduates, household registration book, and one-inch bareheaded photo 1 piece.

② Other graduates: original and photocopy of my ID card, household registration book, graduation certificate, degree certificate, qualification certificate and registration certificate, with one-inch bareheaded photo 1 piece. The original and photocopy of the labor contract shall also be submitted when the supernumerary personnel of the health system in this district report for duty.

③ At the time of registration, candidates must truthfully and completely fill in the Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Health System Staff in Shangyu District (if reporting for others, candidates' power of attorney, original and photocopy of their ID cards and informants' ID cards must be presented).

(2) Examination

Organized by the District Health Bureau in conjunction with the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

Take the written test with my valid ID card and admission ticket. The admission ticket can be downloaded from the website of Shangyu Talent Service Center from 9: 00 am on March 16 to 4: 30 pm on March 20.

Step 2 interview

① Interview content: refer to the Detailed Rules for the Interview of National Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province (Trial).

② interview proportion: according to the written test results and the recruitment plan, 1: 3 is 1: 3, 4-8 is 1: 2, 9- 16-25 is1:1. The written test results, interview shortlist, interview time and place will be published on relevant websites about 7 working days after the written test. The interview results will be announced after the interview.

3. Total score calculation

Total score = written test score ×70%+ interview score × 30%;

If the total score is the same, the person with the highest education will rank first; If the academic qualifications remain unchanged, those with high written test scores will rank first; If the written test results are still the same, first list the qualified personnel.

(3) Physical examination

According to the number of recruitment plans, the ratio from high score to low score is 1: 1, and the physical examination standard is determined according to the Notice on Printing and Implementing issued by Zhejiang Provincial Personnel Department and Zhejiang Provincial Health Department. The medical examination fee is paid by the individual. Failure to attend the medical examination within the specified time is regarded as automatic waiver. If the medical examination is unqualified, the proposed employment qualification will be cancelled.

The list of qualified medical personnel shall be published on relevant websites for 7 working days.

(4) Evaluation

The assessment refers to the Detailed Rules for the Examination of Civil Servant Recruitment in Zhejiang Province (Trial), which is led by the competent department and implemented by the employer.

(5) Employment

After passing the physical examination and assessment, those who apply for medical and health units at the district level of Binhai New City, branch hospitals at the district level and Lihai Town Health Center will be employed according to the units and positions they apply for. Those who apply for primary medical units in Shangyu District will be employed according to their posts. Those who have already worked in primary medical units in this district are employed by the original units. In case of the full staffing of the original unit and the personnel who are not working in the primary medical units in this district, the personnel to be hired shall be uniformly deployed by the District Health Bureau, and the specific deployment plan shall be formulated separately.

1.7 working days later, if the employees to be hired have no objection, they shall sign an employment agreement with the employer within one week.

2.20 15 graduates who have been employed must transfer their personal files to the talent market management office of Shangyu District before August 5, 20 15, and report with the Employment Registration Certificate of National College Graduates. The files of previous students were transferred out before July 30, 2005+2065438.

3. Applicants who give up the medical examination or are disqualified from being shortlisted, who are to be hired or who fail the medical examination shall be replenished in order of high score to low score among the qualified interviewers in the corresponding positions before the list of employed persons is published.

4. Employed personnel shall be included in the management of career establishment, and an employment contract of public institutions shall be signed with the employing unit, and the initial employment period shall be three years. New graduates are given a one-year probation period, and other employees are given a half-year probation period. After the probation period expires, those who fail will be disqualified. After the expiration of the initial employment, those who fail to pass the corresponding qualification examination will not be renewed.

5. The service life of the personnel employed by the primary medical units in Shangyu District shall be no less than five years. Tuition compensation will be given to full-time graduates with college degree or above from five community health service centers (hospitals) except Guanbai Street, Caoe Street, Dongguan Street, Songxia Town and Xiaoyue Town, and the community health service stations and community health service centers in Zhang zhen Town and Fenghui Town. The tuition compensation standard is 46,000 yuan for undergraduates and 26,000 yuan for junior college students, including after graduation.

Four. other terms

(a) one of the following circumstances to cancel the employment qualification:

3. The interview score is less than 60 points;

4. When the fresh graduates report for duty, they can't issue the corresponding graduation certificate for jobs;

5. Disobeying the arrangement.

(two) the existence of the "Zhejiang province civil service recruitment inspection work rules (Trial)" (Zhejiang people's hair [2008] No.58) in the third chapter of the provisions of Article 12, the year will not be employed.

(3) If an employment agreement or employment (labor) contract has been signed with the employing units inside and outside the region, and the employment contract cannot be signed with the employing unit, it shall not be employed.
