Repair method: use sponge, cloth, etc. to pad the sunken position. First, then use a hammer to flatten the sunken position. The dent will be very uneven after flattening. Never mind, you can use putty, which is usually used to brush iron bars. Used on the wheel hub, it is round. After the uneven place is repaired and leveled, the inner side of the hub is polished to prepare for the next painting. Second, the repair method of hub leakage: first repair the "gnawing" place with putty, so that the appearance will be restored first. Because the hardness of putty and aluminum alloy is very different, it will still leak after repair. Then the next step is the key step: put a circle of glass glue in the wheel hub with white glass glue. With this circle of glass glue, the wheel hub repaired with putty will never leak when used, and the putty will dry thoroughly when placed in the sun. Next, just like painting a car, spray the hub. Because the original wheel hub is the color of aluminum alloy itself, no paint can reach it. So there's only the whole spray. Paint all the interior of the hub with automatic painting close to the primary color of the hub. When the paint dries, a "new" wheel hub is born.
Third, the hub is broken.
Repair method: repair the damaged part with special argon arc welding for aluminum alloy. The solder joints are smoothed with a grinder. If there is a dent, the repair method is the same as above. All the injured parts inside and outside the wheel hub are ground with putty, dried and painted for renovation. A "black" and "new" wheel hub was born.
