In order to optimize the classroom teaching structure and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, the school decided to learn from the advanced experience of other schools and continue to promote the classroom teaching reform in our school. The reform plan is as follows:

First, the classroom reform ideas:

6. Take the whole teaching as the goal.

Second, the organizational form and scope of reform:

Under the direct leadership of the chairman and principal, the teaching department takes the lead in formulating the reform plan and is jointly responsible for the implementation of the reform plan with the teaching and research team leader. Except for the discipline of music, body and beauty, other disciplines have participated in this reform.

Third, the basic model of classroom reform: learn first, then teach intensively, and highlight the main body.

1, learn before teaching: learning first means that students preview before class and learn by themselves under the guidance of teachers in class; Post-teaching refers to the teacher's appropriate guidance, explanation, induction and summary on the basis of students' learning first.

2, intensive and concise: students self-study, teacher lectures, and student exercises each account for about one-third (according to the learning content).

Four, the operating procedures of classroom reform:

1, the teaching and research group has a lesson preparation group, and the lesson preparation team leader is responsible for the implementation of the reform plan for this discipline in this grade.

(1) Organize teachers in this group to prepare lessons collectively, determine the key points, difficulties, teaching forms and methods of each unit and class, and design preview questions for each class;

(2) Organize the teachers in this group to complete the design of training questions in each class, so as to share resources;

(3) Responsible for arranging, checking and recording the process of classroom reform.

2, the teaching and research team leader is responsible for the supervision, coordination and management of the discipline reform plan.

(2) Organize seminars and workshops within the group;

(3) In the future, the school will hold regular school-level seminars and observation classes twice a week: the first time (the article is reproduced from: please keep this mark) is a single Thursday, and the second time is a double Wednesday, with one person each time; The participants are all teachers of this professional group, and the ways of participation are regular meetings but irregular people, irregular teaching and research groups, irregular grade groups, etc., and the relevant teaching and research groups, grade groups and related teachers are notified one day in advance. The purpose of this is to make teachers spend their time in peacetime, concentrate on preparing lessons and studying textbooks consistently, so as to strengthen the teaching and research atmosphere among teachers in the teaching and research group.

(4) The seminar will be evaluated immediately after class, attended by at least three chief assessors appointed by the principal's office and the Academic Affairs Office and all teachers in the discipline;

V. Problems existing in classroom reform:

1, teachers should study textbooks and curriculum standards carefully and master the regularity of textbooks and knowledge points skillfully;

2. The design of self-test questions should be novel, diverse, focused and appropriate, and should be hierarchical and graded; Teachers should judge the training questions in each class in time and give separate guidance to students who make mistakes in self-study classes;

3. In class, students should be highlighted, classroom activities should be carefully designed and skillfully arranged, the topics to be discussed should be of discussion value, and the discussion forms should be large, medium and small, so as to improve students' awareness of independent learning, cooperative learning and inquiry learning in learning activities;

4. Homework is completed in the classroom. After-school preparation questions and appropriate assignments can be arranged for the subjects of the senior high school entrance examination, and homework is not allowed for other subjects;

5. Return the self-study lessons to the students and distribute them to all subjects. Self-study classes only allow teachers to answer questions or give individual counseling, and are not allowed to treat self-study classes as lectures and reading.
