A collection of cases of big nose reduction
The nose includes the tip of the nose and the alar. It is no exaggeration to say that the beauty of the nose determines the success or failure of rhinoplasty 80%, and nose hypertrophy is an urgent problem for most girls. Because the nose is biased, it will appear simple and clumsy, the atrium is dull and heavy, and the temperament is greatly reduced.

There are three main reasons for nose hypertrophy:

(1) The main reason is that the cartilage at the tip of the nose develops too much (the skeleton is large).

The alar cartilage develops hypertrophy or the apex angle radian is too large. In view of this situation, it is necessary to remove redundant cartilage and narrow the cartilage spacing during operation to reduce the nasal tip bracket.

(B) subcutaneous fat is too thick

The nose has thick soft tissue, indicating that the nose has no sharp and expressive points, and the nose is round and messy. It is necessary to remove the redundant soft tissue of the tip of the nose and the alar cartilage of the hypertrophy part during the operation.

(3) The nose is relatively flat

The development of cartilage in nasal septum is short, and the shape of nasal tip is low and prone. The operation needs to add auricular cartilage/nasal septum/costal cartilage tissue to lengthen the columella, support and raise the tip of the nose, and the shape of the nose will be more rigid and compact.

According to these reasons, only symptomatic treatment is needed during the operation. If only 1 method can not make the nose reach a reasonable shape, two or three methods can be used at the same time.

My rhinoplasty method is mainly to remove the hypertrophic alar cartilage, not the soft tissue. However, if you have hypertrophy of soft tissue, but the alar cartilage is underdeveloped, you need to consider the control of anatomical level if you want to remove some soft tissue during surgery. Because the truth of skin hyperplasia is mainly collagen fiber hyperplasia in the process of self-healing after subcutaneous dermal injury. Therefore, as long as the dermis layer of the skin is not destroyed, only the subcutaneous fascia layer is partially removed, which will not cause obvious hyperplasia.

In a word, diffusion is inevitable, but the degree of diffusion is controllable. Doctors who pass the technical test will control the degree of proliferation to the greatest extent. According to my clinical case, no matter how the nose proliferates, it will not be bigger than the original one, and it also has obvious effect to treat hyperplastic tissue with scar needle after operation. Therefore, when you meet a doctor who blames your physical condition for the abnormal nose narrowing and hyperplasia, or a doctor who tells you that it will not proliferate after surgery, I advise you to be cautious.

But then again, after all, the operation is traumatic, the nose is too small, the nose is cut too much, or the proliferation becomes bigger, or the cartilage is pinched, and the epidermis may be uneven. So, just as we don't want a synthetic nose to change our lives, we don't fantasize that when we wake up, a big fat nose will become Fan Bingbing.
