3. All consumers must wear masks, take their body temperature or enter in an orderly manner at a distance of 1.5 meters. It is forbidden for people to gather together.
4. The business premises advocate making an appointment in advance, making an online appointment, etc., and implement zero-contact payment to reduce cash payment and change.
5. Operators should post warning signs in conspicuous positions outside the store, set up guiding signs as needed, maintain good order at the scene, and urge consumers to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control.
store owners should fulfill their main responsibilities, towns and streets should fulfill their territorial management responsibilities, and industry authorities should fulfill their regulatory responsibilities (see annex 1). Owners of all opened stores are required to fill in the responsibility book of epidemic prevention and control commitment.
