Earphones, scissors, solder paste, hot sol, lighter.
Secondly, please put the prepared tools on the desktop in turn, and then repair them by yourself according to the following steps:
1. Carefully cut the plastic at the root of the plug with scissors to expose the solder joint. Take the root of earphone plug as an example, there will be sound when moving, and there is often no sound. Pull out the sheath on the plug, and you will find that the copper wire in the rubber has been disconnected because the root of the plug is often bent, leaving only some tensile bulletproof wires still connected. In fact, the more bullet-proof wires and copper wires contained in the earphone cable, the greater the strength, and it is generally non-stop.
2. Unplug the earphone cable at the other end to expose four wires (enameled wires), the red wire is the right (R+) channel, the green wire is the left (L+) channel, and the two yellow wires are the public ground (G-).
3, plating solder, this link is generally difficult for novices, the power of soldering iron on enameled wire must be larger, and flux such as rosin or solder paste can be used. Carefully weld the tin-plated wire end to the plug without short circuit. The solder joint is relatively small, the solder should be moderate and the welding time should not be long. The solder joints of the plug are separated by plastic, which is easy to "short circuit" after a long welding time.
4. Wrap the welded plug with hot sol, then bake the wrapped hot sol with a lighter to melt it, and quickly put the sleeve on the back of the socket. Speed and time should be coordinated, and be careful not to be stuck to your hands by hot melt adhesive that has just melted.
5. After the glue is cooled, the redundant hot sol is basically formed. If there is glue on the metal part of the plug, it must be thoroughly treated. Glue is an insulator, transparent and not easy to see!
After completing the above steps, you will find that there will be some differences in the appearance of headphones before and after maintenance, and the sound quality of headphones will be worse than before, but it can basically meet more than 90% of earphone users, but maintenance requires strong hands-on ability, so please do what you can.
