A, bracket installation acceptance
1. For the bracket with fasteners, the fastening points should be firm, and there should be no uneven stress on the spring pad.
2. The deviation of bracket inclination angle should not be greater than 65438 0.
3. The verticality and levelness deviation of bracket installation shall conform to the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for the Construction of Photovoltaic Power Plants".
4. The anti-corrosion treatment of the support should meet the design requirements.
Second, the acceptance of photovoltaic module installation
1. The appearance of photovoltaic modules, junction boxes and connectors shall be intact without scratches and cracks.
2. The indirect plug-in connection of photovoltaic modules should be firm, and the connecting wires should be handled neatly and beautifully.
3. The deviation of installation inclination angle of photovoltaic module should not be greater than 65438 0.
4. The edge height difference of adjacent photovoltaic modules is less than or equal to 2mm, and the edge height difference of the same group of photovoltaic modules is less than or equal to 5mm.
5. The insulation resistance of the square array should meet the design requirements.
6. After the photovoltaic modules are connected in series, the open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current of the photovoltaic module string should be tested.
III. Acceptance of frequency conversion equipment installation
1. The identification of the junction box shall be complete, and the connection between the box and the bracket shall be firm.
2. The appearance and main components of the inverter should not be damaged and damp, and the components should not be loose or lost.
3. The label content of the inverter should meet the requirements, and indicate the connection point and polarity of the load.
4. The interface on the AC side of the frequency converter should be firm and reliable.
5. The connection between inverter and foundation should be firm and reliable.
6. The installation and acceptance of transformers and mutual inductors shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Power Transformers, Oil-immersed Reactors and Mutual Transformers in Electrical Equipment Installation Engineering".
Four. Acceptance of cable installation
The specifications of 1.DC cable shall meet the design requirements; Signs should be installed completely, correctly and clearly.
2. The fixing, bending radius and related distance of 2.DC cable should meet the design requirements.
3. All grounding contacts of 3.DC cable lines should be in good contact with the grounding electrode, and the grounding resistance value should meet the design requirements.
4. Fire prevention measures should meet the design requirements.
5. The acceptance of AC cable installation shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Cable Lines in Electrical Equipment Installation Project".
V. Installation and Acceptance of Power Station Monitoring System
1. The specifications, models and positions of protective cables shall meet the design requirements, and the cables shall be arranged neatly and beautifully, with no damage to the sheath; After cable binding, they should be close to each other, with straight and tidy appearance, even spacing of wire buckles and moderate tightness.
2. The signal transmission mode of the signal transmission line should match the transmission distance, and the signal transmission quality should meet the design requirements.
3. Signal transmission lines and power cables should be laid separately and grounded reliably.
4. The installation position of the environmental detector needs a wide field of vision, and there should be no obstructions greater than 5 degrees at sunrise and sunset in a year.
5. The communication system should meet the requirements of dispatching automation, relay protection, safety automatic device and so on for power communication.
Six, lightning protection and grounding installation acceptance
1. The lightning protection system of photovoltaic power station shall be constructed according to the requirements of design documents.
2. The metal bracket of the ground photovoltaic system should be reliably connected with the main grounding grid; Photovoltaic modules should be reliably grounded.
3. The grounding of junction box, frequency converter and other electrical equipment should be solid and reliable, with good conductivity. Metal panel doors shall be reliably grounded with bare copper cord and metal frame or grounding rod.
4. The grounding resistance of each grounding point of photovoltaic power station shall meet the design requirements (generally less than 4Ω).
