Basic requirements for medical institutions with standardized technical management of peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment

(1) The peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment technology used by medical institutions should be consistent with their functions and tasks.

(2) Diagnosis and treatment subjects of medical imaging department, general surgery or cardiac and macrovascular surgery approved and registered by the health administrative department, and auxiliary departments and equipment related to peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment technology.

(3) Interventional operating room (radiography room).

1. Comply with radiation protection and aseptic operating conditions. The sterile area, buffer area and sterile area are clearly separated, and there are separate areas for changing clothes and washing hands.

2. Equipped with an angiography machine with digital subtraction function and ECG monitoring.

3. There are storage cabinets for storing catheters, guide wires, contrast agents, embolic agents, and other items and medicines, and there is a dedicated person responsible for registration and storage.

(4) There are in-service doctors in the hospital who have received formal training and have the ability to clinically apply peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment technology, and have received relevant knowledge and skills training in peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment, and have carried out peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment. Other appropriate professional and technical personnel.

(5) Medical institutions that carry out peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment surgeries at level 3 or above, while meeting the above basic conditions, should also meet the following requirements:

1. Basics of medical institutions condition.

(1) A tertiary hospital with an independent medical imaging department (interventional radiology), vascular surgery or cardiac and macrovascular surgery, which has been carrying out peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment for more than 5 years, and has completed peripheral vascular interventional services cumulatively within 5 years. It has diagnosed and treated no less than 500 surgical cases, including no less than 150 peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment surgeries of level 3 or above. Its technical level is in a leading position in the region.

(2) Second-level hospitals, which have relatively fixed medical imaging departments, vascular surgery or cardiac and macrovascular surgery, have been carrying out peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment for more than 5 years, and have completed a total of peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment cases within 5 years. No less than 400 cases have been performed, and no less than 100 cases of peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment surgeries have been performed at level 3 or above. The technical level is in a leading position in the region.

(3) Newly built or newly established medical institutions with related specialties that plan to carry out peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment surgeries of level 3 or above shall comply with the personnel, departments, equipment and facilities conditions of this specification, and report to the provincial health department The administrative department submits an application, and it can only be carried out after passing the clinical application capability assessment organized by the provincial health administrative department.

2. There are at least 2 in-service doctors in the hospital who have received formal training and have the clinical application ability of peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment technology, and at least 1 of them has technical qualifications of deputy chief physician or above.

3. Have interventional operating rooms (radiography rooms), intensive care units, medical imaging departments, anesthesiology departments, operating rooms and other related departments, equipment and technologies that are suitable for carrying out peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment surgeries at level 3 or above. ability.

(1) Interventional operating room (radiography room). The digital subtraction angiography machine has a "road map" function, with good image quality and radiation protection conditions; it also has a medical imaging image management system. It is equipped with the conditions for tracheal intubation and general anesthesia, can perform heart, lung, and brain rescue and resuscitation, and has necessary first aid equipment and drugs such as oxygen supply system, anesthesia machine, defibrillator, aspirator, and blood oxygen monitor.

(2) Intensive care unit. The setting complies with relevant specifications and reaches the level III clean auxiliary room standard. There are no less than 6 hospital beds, and the net usable area of ??each hospital bed is no less than 15 square meters. It is equipped with multi-functional monitors and ventilators, and the multi-functional monitor can perform electrocardiogram. , blood pressure, blood oxygen and other project monitoring; able to carry out invasive intracranial pressure monitoring projects and invasive ventilator treatment; have measures and equipment to safely transport critically ill patients in the hospital; have professional training and more than 5 years of intensive care work experience Full-time doctors and nurses can meet the professional needs of peripheral vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment at level 3 or above.

(3) Medical Imaging Department. It can use Doppler ultrasound diagnostic equipment for routine and bedside vascular examinations, and has computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), as well as medical imaging image transmission, storage and management systems.
