I come from Jining City, Shandong Province. What route should I take to walk to Tibet and how long will it take (I'm serious)?
The routes to Tibet include: Sichuan-Tibet South Line, Sichuan-Tibet Dabei Line, Sichuan-Tibet Xiaobei Line, Yunnan-Tibet Line, Shannan Line and Tangfan Ancient Road Line.

Generally, the route chosen by donkey friends to enter Tibet is the Sichuan-Tibet line, and it is the most beautiful route to take the national road 3 18 from Sichuan. There are more people, and the safety is higher. If you are hiking, it is recommended to use the southern section of the Sichuan-Tibet line and the northern section of the Sichuan-Tibet line.

1, connection between the southern line of Sichuan-Tibet line and the southern Tibet line (2 142km): Chengdu-147km-Ya 'an-168km-Luding-49km-Kangding-75km- 5438+007km—- Bangda-94km-Basu-90km-Ranwu-129KM-Bomi-89KM-Tongmai-127km-Linzhi-1.

2. The northern Tibet line is connected with the northern Sichuan-Tibet line (2554km): Lhasa —— 153km—— Dangxiong —— 164km—— Naqu ——260km—— Baqing —— 225km ——— Dingqing ——— 290km.

Compared with the northern line, the southern line passes through a relatively densely populated area. There are high mountains and canyons along the way, and the scenery is more beautiful, especially in Linzhi area, which is called southern Tibet. However, the mountains in Tongmai area of the southern line are relatively loose, which is prone to mudslides and landslides. The southern section of the Sichuan-Tibet line from Chengdu to Lhasa is 2142km long, passing through Litang, the highest altitude, with an altitude of 4,700 meters, and is known as the "high city in the world".

Compared with the southern line, the northern line passes through pastoral areas (such as Naqu area), with higher altitude, less population and more primitive and magnificent scenery. The first line from xinduqiao to Dege is basically along Xianshui River and Yalong River, and sometimes there are grasslands, canyons, rivers, rivers and plains, which are not as steep and flat as the southern line. Among them, Danba is the main distribution area of Tibetans in Jiarong, Tagong Grassland (also known as Maoya Grassland) is famous for its scenery and humanity, Daofu, Luhuo and other places are the best residential areas in Kangqu and even the whole Tibetan area, Ganzi Valley is an excellent agricultural area in Kangqu, with many temples, Manigango, Xinluhai and Queer Mountain with beautiful natural scenery, and Dege is the cultural center of the whole Tibetan area. The highest point along the way is Queer Mountain, with an altitude of 4916m. The scenery is beautiful, and the snow-capped mountains in Feng Bing are as beautiful as fairies in the clouds. Shiqu has the most beautiful grassland in Kangqu, such as entering Yushu Prefecture in Qinghai from Shiqu, passing Maduo and Hot Springs, and reaching Xining, the capital of Qinghai Province or Qinghai Lake. There are many plateau lakes, snow-capped mountains and hot springs along the way, and few tourists set foot in them. It is the best route for cross-country explorers.

April-65438+10 is the ideal time to travel to Tibet, and May-September is the prime time to travel to Tibet. July-August is the rainy season in Tibet. In some sections, hikers should try to avoid the rainy season and choose May, June, September and 65438+ 10.

Qinghai-Tibet line is not recommended. From the perspective of security, I personally think that the southern part of the Sichuan-Tibet line is safer because of its large population. There are some no-man's land in the north of Sichuan-Tibet line. If you have no hiking experience, you'd better not take this route. It is suggested to take glucose and rhodiola to prevent altitude sickness.

Basic items:

1: drugs: cold medicine, antipyretic medicine, rhodiola root (taken about a week before entering the plateau) trauma medicine.

2. Equipment: coat, waterproof and windproof, scarf and sunglasses (polarizer is the best).

Two pairs of walking shoes (better, because it takes a long time)

Quick-drying underwear and socks

A good backpack (with rain cover)

A pair of trekking poles

Tents, sleeping bags and damp-proof mats are all necessities. Tents mainly play the role of wind protection. Sleeping bags can be made of down to prevent accidents in low temperature overnight. The moisture-proof mat is made of ordinary aluminum foil, so it is not too expensive to buy an automatic inflatable one.

3. Small items: Swiss army knife, lighter, charger, lipstick, first-aid sentry camera dry food, chocolate, kettle.

Time-consuming: Compared with the northern line, the scenery of the southern line has changed greatly. Take the southern line as an example, it is more than 2 100 kilometers, with its own tent, walking 35 kilometers a day, and it can be completed in two months. You calculate your walking speed. We can probably know the time. If we hadn't started hiking in Jining. . . Regardless of other factors, it will take you four or five months to start from Jining. )

I am a backpacker team to sort out the answers. I hope it helps you.
