Before 2009, only some international giants including 3M and Toshiba used LCOS technology to produce some prototypes with brightness of about 10 lumen. Most of these prototypes are hand-held models.
Therefore, no matter from the international or domestic perspective, Rexain does not have any projector, and any technical force can refer to it. The technologies developed by Rexam are all independently developed by China people for the first time.

Patented optical engine: this optical engine adopts compound eye lens and collimator matrix, which has high optical efficiency and can collect the cold white light emitted by LED light source to the maximum extent for optical projection. Moreover, the engine has the ability of light shaping. Because the LED light source has a certain emission angle, the light is distributed according to certain characteristics within this emission angle range. If the engine does not consider the emission angle of LED light and uses a traditional condenser to collect it, more than 60% of the light will not be collected for imaging. Therefore, before Lexain introduced the professional optical engine, many domestic enthusiasts used various methods to collect the light of LED light source, but the effect was not good, resulting in low brightness of LED projectors. Lisheng applied for the national invention patent and utility model patent for the optical engine.
Patented heat pipe heat dissipation technology. If the LED projector really wants to achieve a long life, it must ensure that the junction temperature of the LED chip in the LED light source is not higher than a certain temperature point, otherwise the life of the LED projector will be worse than that of the traditional HID lamp projector because of the attenuation of the light efficiency of the chip. Rexain's research found that neither the traditional brushed aluminum radiator nor the computer radiator can meet the heat dissipation requirements. Rexain applied for a patent in 2008, which uses heat pipes to dissipate heat. Although the cost has increased a lot, it meets the requirements of high power, high load and long-term heat dissipation stability of LED light source, and completely solves the life problem of LED projector.
The first lens of domestic projector; The lens developed by Rexain can be called the first lens of a domestic projector. The lens is made of five pieces of special optical glass, and the optical uniformity (matched with the optical path design) is as high as 85%, and there is almost no geometric distortion (that is, there is no barrel distortion and pincushion distortion), and the aberration and chromatic aberration are controlled in a small range, which meets the pixel resolution requirements of full HD level. Among domestic projectors, the lens with the best material, the largest number of lenses, the highest imaging quality, the highest design standard, the most meticulous processing and the highest cost.
