Mango cheese recipe

Preparation steps:

After steaming, take it out, add butter while it's hot, stir it with a machine to make a smooth dough, add mango fruit and vegetable powder and some coloring, knead well and set aside.
④ Take out the prepared dough, sprinkle some cooked glutinous rice flour to prevent sticking, shape the dough into a long strip with your hands, add the frozen filling, roll it up, pinch it tightly, and then put it in the refrigerator to freeze for half. hour, finally remove and cut into small cubes.
