The girl was burned into a bat arm. What should I do after the burn?
Xiao Si Yi accidentally fell into a hot bucket when she was one year old, and her body was badly burned. She didn't get timely care and treatment, which caused her body and arms to stick together. Three years later, she looks like a bat's arm, which is very pitiful. Unfortunately, her parents recently had emotional problems. Her father left his son and drove her and her mother out of the house. Sisi Lee's experience is sympathetic. I was not taken good care of when I was a child, which led to all kinds of tragedies. If I can handle the burn wound, maybe her condition will not be so serious and her family will not be full of contradictions. What should I do after the burn?

1, burns in different degrees

1, first-degree burn. The first-degree scald actually only damages the surface layer of the skin, and some areas without blisters will be slightly red and swollen, but the pain is still obvious. At this time, the patient must take off his clothes in time, soak the affected area in cold water for half an hour, and then wipe the affected area with sesame oil and vegetable oil.

2. Second degree burns. Second-degree burns will damage the dermis, local redness and swelling, and blisters of different sizes will appear. Large blisters can be discharged by puncturing the edge with a disinfectant needle. Spread the scald cream evenly first, and then wrap it. The tightness must be moderate.

3. Third degree burns. Third-degree burns are more serious than the above two kinds. The patient's subcutaneous tissue, fat, muscles and bones will be damaged, showing reddish brown. At this time, patients must go to the hospital to treat burns in time, and it is forbidden to apply any purple liquid or ointment on the wound without permission, so as not to affect the image of disease treatment.

4. Fourth degree burns. Fourth-degree burns are very serious, and such patients will go into shock and stop breathing after burns. The patient must be given artificial respiration or chest massage in time.

2. What should I do after scalding?

1, washing the wound with white wine only needs ordinary white wine (20~50 degrees white wine, without alcohol), which can quickly absorb the residual heat of burns;

2, if there is no wine, you can use pure water to wash rice, and take the second rice washing water to wash the wound to cool down;

3, or rinse with cold water to cool down.

Treatment of (1) I degree burns and scalds;

If there is aloe at home, you can apply aloe juice to the wound, which can play a therapeutic role; If not, you can go to the drugstore to buy some flower oil or burn ointment, but these are drugs for treating superficial burns and scalds, which are only suitable for first-degree burns, and deep burns require professional burn drugs.

(2) Treatment of second-degree burns and scalds:

1. First, use the cooling method taught above to cool the injured part;

2. If there are foreign bodies in the wound, be careful to remove them when cleaning the wound with the second rice washing water.

3. If there is any medicine for burns, use it in time. If there is no treatment for first-degree burns and scalds, the injury can be alleviated. Then send it to the hospital for treatment or find a professional burn medicine.

4. Severe burns and scalds should not be bandaged. Exposure therapy is beneficial to the recovery of injury, which can speed up the recovery and reduce the chance of leaving scars.

5. If there are signs of fever, you need to take antipyretics; If you feel thirsty, you need to take light salt water orally to replenish water; If the wound is inflamed, antibiotics can be used to reduce inflammation, such as cefalexin, erythromycin and gentamicin.

Second-degree burns are serious burns. Skin blisters or peeling, peeling will ooze and flow, which is easy to cause wound inflammation and needs careful treatment. A large area of second-degree burns will dehydrate the human body. If you feel thirsty, you need to take light salt water orally or go to the hospital for infusion treatment. People with severe burns will have fever or even shock, so they should go to the hospital for infusion in time, otherwise their lives will be in danger. Second degree burns should be cleaned every morning and evening. You can wash rice with pure water for the second time, or you can use warm water or light salt water (it is recommended to wash rice for the second time, which is good for recovery from injury). If there is no fever or shock, you can apply skin oil and scald medicine 3~4 times a day, and wash the wound with rice for the second time in the morning and evening, which can get effective treatment.

note:

It is forbidden to clean or soak the wound with raw cold water to prevent the skin from festering and leaving scars.

At the same time of drug treatment, adjust diet: avoid spicy food (such as pepper, wine, etc. ) and high-calorie foods (such as mutton and dog meat). ), and eat more high-protein foods, especially drink more liquid and easily absorbed foods such as crucian carp soup, black fish soup and milk, which is conducive to the growth of wound cells and accelerate healing.

(3) Treatment of third-degree scald:

Third-degree burns can refer to the treatment of second-degree burns, but it is necessary to continue to pay attention to the physical condition of the injured, especially to supplement light salt water and observe the body temperature. If you find something abnormal and can't handle it, you should go to the hospital for infusion treatment in time to avoid life-threatening.

3. How to recover quickly?

1, rinse the affected area with cold water.

Rinse the affected area with plenty of cold water for about 15-30 minutes or until the wound stops heating. Do not use ice or ice water, so as not to aggravate the burn area. If it is splashed by hot oil, hot soup or battery acid, first take off wet clothes, wash off the grease on the skin, and then immerse the injured part in cold water. After lowering the temperature of the affected area, you have recovered by half. Cold water can prevent the wound from spreading and act as a temporary analgesic.

2, Wanhua oil or aloe juice treatment

Apply Wanhua oil or aloe juice to the wound and it will heal in 3 to 5 days. If there is medicine for burns and scalds (recommended "Huanggong Shaosan" in the early Ming Dynasty), the recovery effect will be better, 1 can be cured in 2 days without leaving scars. Remember not to smear toothpaste, soy sauce and other liquids or pastes with unknown medicinal properties on the wound at will, otherwise it will stimulate the wound and cause wound infection, which is not conducive to recovery.

3. Try to use alcohol to dissipate heat and relieve pain

Folk alcohol (or liquor) is said to be quite effective in treating burns. If your burn is not too serious, try applying alcohol to the affected area.

4. If the blisters burst.

Small blisters will appear after mild burns. If the blister is broken, the wound can be cleaned with disinfectant and coated with antibacterial ointment to ensure the permeability of the wound, which is conducive to wound repair and scabbing.

Step 5 use vitamin e capsules

When your burned area gradually recovers, you can apply vitamin E capsules to the injured skin. It can relieve discomfort and prevent scars.

6, daily care

After 24 hours, gently clean the burned area with soap and water once a day, then cover it with gauze and keep it dry. Never puncture the blister, it will cause infection.
