1) Master the causes, symptoms, signs, and treatment principles of common diseases in the emergency department.

2) Master the nursing assessment, condition observation, treatment points, and nursing measures of common diseases in the emergency department.

3) Master the critical value of examination, the transfer process of critically ill patients, and the key points of observation.

4) Be familiar with the relevant knowledge of commonly used drugs in the emergency department (such as hemostatic drugs, vasoactive drugs, antibacterial drugs, emergency drugs, sedative and analgesic drugs, etc.).

5) Be familiar with the clinical significance of the results of laboratory tests commonly used in the emergency department (such as blood routine, blood biochemistry, blood gas analysis, coagulation function, etc.).

6) Be familiar with the first aid procedures and cooperation points for common critical and critical patients in the emergency department.
