way
1. soft tissue resection of nose and head: when there is too much soft tissue at the tip of nose, the extra soft tissue is resected by transverse incision of nasal columella or V-shaped incision.
2. Anastomosis of alar cartilage adduction: The alar cartilage on both sides was exposed by lateral incision of nasal columella or V-shaped incision, and the alar cartilage was adducted and sutured.
Matters needing attention
If the cartilage tissue itself is large, the extra cartilage at the tip of the nose should be removed. If subcutaneous fat and fibrous tissue are complicated, cartilage and muscle should be adjusted. If necessary, the alar cartilage and the tip of the nose should be moved. The crossing angle of alar cartilage on both sides is too large, which can be improved by suture.
